The coffee at Victus coffee is made with care and tastes delicious. They care about their craft and you can taste it. If you are in downtown Hartford, this centrally located shop is well worth the trip! Good service and good ambiance!!

Stopped in on Sunday. Very inviting and warm. Got a peppermint tea and my son had an espresso and lemon poppy muffin. Well, I should say I had a lemon poppy muffin because it was so good I couldn't stop eating it! Lovely way to spend some time and chat with my son.

So thankful for Victus moving into this space downtown. I've been a couple of times because it's close but more importantly because I like the vibe and love their mission. The baristas are always friendly and move super quick when making a drink but still put so much TLC into it. Over my visits I've enjoyed a couple of iced lattes- which were amazing, local canned drinks like 860 Kombucha, and a few snacks. My favorite has been prosciutto, Brie and fig jam on a croissant but the morning options in the case are super yummy too! It's a good space to get work done because it's very quiet and the music is perfect for productivity but there aren't a bunch of outlets so just be mindful of that.

Delicious tasting strong coffee. :) fantastic place, I could only drink half of my iced latte it was that strong when usually I’m sucking them down because it’s mostly watery milk. I will come back whenever I’m in town

First time I tried this place. I got a dark roast drip coffee black. Walking back to the office I tried the coffee. It was sour. I tasted it again still sour. I threw the coffee in the trash. I couldn't drink it. With tip $4 in the trash.

I have been a long time Victus coffee subscriber, and could not be more excited when I found out they opened a standalone shop in Hartford! Some of the best coffee that is roasted in Connecticut, and some of the kindest most hard working folks in the industry are behind the brand. Cannot recommend Victus enough. Try the Veloce!
