I used to be a regular customer, I have stopped ordering for lunch because portions have been terrible in the last 6 months.All of my recent pickup orders I've had a small, poorly wrapped burrito with extra sauce and minimal meat. This burrito I ordered today had 4 pieces of chicken. I can't justify paying the prices anymore if I'm continuing to get this service. I wouldn't recommend this place anymore since management changed.

Seems to be dirty and messy the last 3 times I have gone. I thought once was just bad timing on my part. Second time perhaps a bad coincidence. Nope. Third time and there is no ice, tables are dirty, salsas are empty and floor is sticky.Food is not bad. But it is not especially good either. It is fast food. More filling than satisfying.With there being other options very nearby, I will not give them a 4th chance. 3 was more than enough opportunities to make an assessment.

Second time ordered delivery and could not get the salsa right after I called and told them what kind I liked. Disappointing. Last time forgot the chips.

the managers treat there employees horribly, the chicken is leftover overnight. i know this because i overheard employees talking about it. the lettuce is always turning red/brown and they serve it to their customers. on numerous occasions i’ve seen mice running around the lobby. this establishment is filthy and i would not recommend eating here. food is often reused over a course of days. & at one point there was NO working hot water. if you value your health do NOT eat at moes southwest grill in west hartford ct.

I went in for a tofu burrito bowl and they only had a little bit of tofu. The woman wouldn't serve it to me and wouldn't suggest other options. It was late and I was hungry and they didn't care and wouldn't help me, I left without food and won't go back to this location. In the case when there was tofu in the past the Avon location would grill some for me. The West Hartford location doesn't care and would rather lose a customer.

Generally have had very average experiences here. Nothing bad, nothing great. But the last time when the online ordering didn't work correctly, the manager simply shrugged off the issue. No apology, no attempt at providing a solution, or even a contact to corporate support for the issue. He simply walked away, and as only 1 of 2 customers in the store they weren't even dealing with a rush. Left without food.

I had to wait 10 minutes to order my choice of protein because they only had ground beef left. But the worst part was the cashier. She was over charged me. When I corrected her mistake she changed the screen so that the total wasn't displayed anymore and pretended she had corrected the pricing mistake and told me to scan my credit card. Fortunately I asked her what the total was and that's then I know she tried to fool me into paying the over charged price. The shift manager came and corrected the total cost. Then the cashier even gave me an attitude afterwards. I will never go back.

Moes is just fine unless you use the app. Have ordered about 5 times using the app at this point and they forget something every time. This time, it was an entire cup of queso, a kids juice, cookie, and the guac (and 1/3 of the toppings I ordered) that I paid extra for on my nachos. I didn’t pick up so it wasn’t noted until we sat down for dinner. Just don’t trust they’ll read the receipt thoroughly. The app is a waste of time and money, esp at this location.
