Solid effort and love the attention for gluten free. The burgers are just darn good. You can't go wrong. West coast tonight. Damn it was tasty. The Mrs had a veggie burger. Still solid after all these years. Tater tots were good I'd ask next time for them to be a bit crispy. I asked for the fries to be a bit crispy and they were perfect.Double burger? Whaaaaaat. Terrible. Burger overcooked, we were rushed to leave, the staff had an attitude . It was a Thursday evening at 8 20 when we place our order, all the sudden the stared to clean and sweep around us . The burgers were way overdone . No womder the place was empty.

The food was not good at all. We ordered 5 different burgers all tasted bad. The Mac and cheese tasted under cooked. The garlic bread was awful. The service was great! We wont be back!

Nice place for a quick meal...the pickles are tremendous!!
Just want to let people know that I went to Plan B on February 10th to see a band play and have dinner for some reason the guy named RICH which is the manager, says the band was playing too loud and kicked them out. He was a total JERK. I wanted to speak to this RICH guy. However, he ignored me and paid no attention. you can't act like that in front of customers. I asked the other staff members what was going on. The other staff members seemed nervous and upset and kept saying that they were sorry about the band being kicked out.The crowd at the place seemed happy to hear The Band play. I don't get it.. This RICH, the big manager guy, needs to be spoken to by ownership. It's not cool, especially when you're dealing with the public.

Great spot! Excellent food, fun, and friendly staff and servers and delicious food! ( :Dietary restrictions: A lot of the menu here is GF and the food is all homemade! The fried fish, which they have a separate fryer for just GF foods, makes a huge difference! I cannot eat fried foods in restaurants, unless they are fried separately in their own fryer (GF food fried in shared fryers with non GF foods causes cross contamination of the GF foods and sickness for those with Celiacs, like me).It is very hard to find restaurants, nationwide, NVM local who are willing to make this accommodations for people with celiacs and gluten intolerance. Only Red Robin, 110 Grill, and Plan B restaurants have a separate fryer for GF foods, in the greater Hartford County, CT area, as far as I have been able to find.

I was just not impressed by this burger. The patty was very thick and quite dry. They give you the option to order “no pink” or “some pink”, and I chose “no pink” (because I’m pregnant). Maybe that is the issue.I ordered the pretzel burger. There was no sauce on the burger, so that combined with the dry patty made it very unexciting. It came with spicy mustard but it maybe wasn’t enough. Only noticed it on two bites. I ended up adding a lot of ketchup to make it edible.I ordered hand cut truffle fries and was given regular thin truffle fries. They were fine. They have a lot of fry options and I had a hard time knowing what the differences were.The side of mac n cheese was fine, not great. Not super flavorful (I added a ton of pepper).It was also quite expensive. The burger alone was maybe $15, and the truffle fries a $2 upgrade.
