Food they put to many Pearl in my boba also the service was horrible and long and the ambience it was bright burned my eyes as well smelled like tuna

Was halfway through my lunch but this place is amazing! Friendly staff, TONS of options suitable for all palates. Fresh toppings, cool atmosphere and conveniently located! Great spot to meet up at.

Best vegan poke I've had in the area. More toppings than other places, better sauces, fill more of the bowl with fun stuff other than rice.Vegetarian options: Actually feels like you get your money's worth with how many toppings they put on it

I usually go here a couple times a month and everything tastes good and looks fresh, but this time the toppings were brown and dry(mango, avocado, wasabi) and the lettuce was brown and wilted which deterred me from getting certain items..and the bowl I got just had a funky smell and taste when I went to eat it. Just not as fresh as usual and raw fish and other fresh raw ingredients is not something to let go bad...I didn't even want to finish my bowl.
I love a good Poke bowl and the ones I get from Pokemoto are some of the best in Central CT.The ingredients are always fresh and they have no problem whenever I ask for extra pickled Ginger. I also love the option to get a hot miso soup that is the perfect compliment to round out my meal.AND during my last visit I was so pleased to find out that when I checked in there was a BOGO deal - score!Street parking can be a bit tricky depending on when you go but there is parking behind the building.I know that I am always going to get a nutritious and satisfying meal when every I decide to stop in.

I have never left a review but this experience was so bad I had to. I have always gone to Middletown poke too and it was amazing. Went here and the ahi tuna in my bowl was inedible I threw out the whole bowl. The tuna was oddly textured and tasted like it had gone bad. I went and told them the tuna was bad, they only did not refund me, but told me it was because the tuna was cut differently. The shape of the tuna does not change the fact it tasted bad. This experience was bad and I would not go back to this store again.

Zero customer service. Ordered a bowl with tuna and the fish was bad. People behind the counter stated it was probably just cut differently and would not give back our money. Avoid this place they do not take care of their customers. $30 gone with nothing to show for it.

I have tried this location on 3 occasions and will not be returning again. Each time I have experienced rude staff who seem annoyed and angry to have customers walk into the restaurant. I worked in food service for many years, so I understand the exhaustion and frequent understaffing of the industry, but treating customers with this much contempt for entering the restaurant is a problem. My latest experience today also included the employee taking a personal call on their cell phone while preparing my order. Also - I would not recommend getting bubble tea here since there are 3 other bubble tea restaurant options within walking distance. Their bubble tea flavor selection is small and the cup sizing is smaller than normal.
