Been there to this location many times and it's been decent but I'd say my last visit was great, they made slight changes to their menu, for ex. the clucks and fries are different completely chicken and taste MUCH better. My father said his scorpian burger actually had a kick now too! A sever also went and showed me meal side could be refilled when I thought it needed to be separate. I had sweet potato fries for two days at lunch! Wonderful restaurant ,I just recommend getting there before a rush!(Also the Mac &, cheese is not great)!
We were a party of four and a baby. Are meals and appetizers came out all at once, which sucked! Food was cold and our waitress was her first day alone. I felt so bad for her. Then our app didn't work neither.

Update: So, I tried this spot again. I ordered a specific lemonade and instead of telling me they didn’t have it or refunding me, they delivered a completely different lemonade and it tasted TERRIBLE! Old, with an aftertaste, I was so disgusted! Couldn’t even drink it! My sandwich was completely wrong. When I reached out to customer care, they said they were going to refund me. They asked for details of the order and then stopped responding to my emails after I sent it, despite emailing them several times! I had to dispute the charge with my credit card after almost 2 weeks of hearing nothing back. I am all set with them and customer service. Bad service.This was my first order below:My order was messed up and they reached out to me and made it right! It was so good, the teriyaki chicken burger is the best!

The food was good, the gentleman at the door was nice and welcoming, but the waitress, whose name was Antoinette, was horrible and lacked every ounce of customer service skills whatsoever. My simple question about the sides seemed to raise her ire and elicited the coldest and rudest attitude as she kept directing me to the menu instead of merely answering my questions. Thanks to her service my family and I will not be returning there again.

I was made to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to make the food, just to be sent on my way with a melted shake, a half order of fries, and a cold burger. No attempt by the manager to apologize or take responsibility for the mistake. I've since contacted corporate. This was unacceptable.
