I very rarely leave semi-negative reviews...in this case, I don't plan on ever going back to this establishment & after speaking with a bunch of other people, they were all on the same page as me. Service was awful, we waited forever for our drinks & forever for our food (they even brought out a pizza for part of our table & then another pizza 15 minutes later, another 15 minutes later...hence no one got to eat their meals together at the same table & each person was left waiting). We ordered 5 different pizzas, of the 5, we all only liked one of them. I even got sick the next day. Waitresses were not pleasant at all, I don't think they even smiled at our party once. Sadly, I will not be visiting this establishment again. Luckily there are plenty of restaurants to pick from in WeHa.

One of the top places to hang out in the Center for late night eats and drinks. I was a frequent visitor here. Pizza is top notch!

So, I don’t often visit pizzerias or pizza restaurants but given that I am traveling and on an expensive account with a budget, I decided to check out this place rather than spend $50-$100 on a meal here in West Hartford for lunch. I wastremendously pleased. First off, the service is impeccable. Now granted, there weren’t many people in the place and I was given very personal attention. The selection of pizzas was delectable. I chose a fig pizza which I often order figgy flatbread at home, and it was outstanding. In addition, I got a side kale Caesar salad, which was to die for. I never thought that walking into a little pizzeria Would result in such a nice meal. If you’re in West Hartford, you absolutely must visit this place.

Our family loves the primavera salad and we crave it when we haven't been to savoy for more than a couple weeks! Wish the pizza crust was more consistent and arrived at the table a little hotter. This time I specified extra toppings on one of our pizzas as last time it barely had any. We appreciate the friendly service, though, and will be back for more as it's an easy, fun place to dine.

Incredible experience: Savoy is a unique pizza joint that you have to try if you haven't already. I love their pizzas and apps. If you want to try something different check out the Betty Ravita pizza; it is one of the best pizzas I have ever tried. The staff make great recommendations and are extremely friendly and attentive. If you are looking for the treat; you have to try the butter cake dessert. I was blown away by how good it was and have been craving it ever since I was there.

The food is good here, but the portions are so small for what you pay. We got the veggin' out pizza, the kale salad, and the arugula salads. For $14-$16 each, the ingredients were great, but we just felt ripped off. As soon as the pizza came out, we looked at each other in disappointment. Just wish it was a little bit bigger! I felt bad because my husband wasn't full afterwards. However, I will say the ambiance is very cool and cozy, and the server was so friendly with our toddler. I noticed they have happy hour, so I'd return to try that!

I am prefacing this review by stating I ordered delivery and have never been to the restaurant. This is only a review of the food. The pizza was really good and had a nice char per my request. Their non-dairy chesse was flavorful and gave good taste to the pepperoni pizza I ordered. The carne was good as well and nice and thin. Each pizza came with 6 slices, in decent portion sizes.

Last night my friends and I decided to get pizza together for take out. It was understandably busy on a Saturday night. We we got the pizza home we were disappointed to find the meal was so underwhelming. Small very thin almost zero topping hastily made pizzas. 4 pizzas and wings totaling 75 dollars. We were so disappointed I would normally never ever call and complain but honestly it was so unlike any pizza we have ever gotten from savoy in the past. I spoke to I believe Jamie ( I am so sorry if I got your name incorrectly) she was so sweet and understanding on the phone, I felt awful even calling I don't even know what I was expecting, however Jamie went above and beyond to satisfy us as customers. She retained three families of customers in the process and we will continue to patronize savoy as a result. Misses happen, but thank you for fixing this for us.

Ok let me just start by saying the happy hour pizza was great. The happy hour sliders were also very good. The drinks were on point. But, I do wanna mention a weird experience that sort of left a sour impression. Walk in during happy hour, notice the restaurant dining area is pretty empty, but the bar area is somewhat crowded. No where to really sit directly at the bar, but some small tables scattered around the bar directly in front of it. Asked if we could sit there at the bar, server seats us. We wait for about 10 minutes without anyone coming by. Notice an employee bus the table next to us so we asked, do we have to order at the bar? The employee simply says "a server will come" and he walks away. Server does finally show up and we ask about happy hour. The server says "well technically you're not at the bar so I dont think you can get happy hour, but I'll ask." She comes back and says, "yeah this isn't bar so happy hour doesn't apply. But, there's a ledge over there with 2 chairs and that's the bar area. You could sit there and get happy hour." Ok.... so we move literally 4 feet away to the next table to now sit in an area considered the bar. The server there was attentive and friendly...no complaints there. The food was good, also no complaints. But the whole setup and getting to that point was a little weird. I get that restaurants usually only offer happy hour in the bar areas, but then why stick 4 tables directly in that area. West Hartford is often a strange place ?

This pizza is soooo good. Ate there once and had to go back a couple days later because I was craving the pizza. There is only 1 size pizza. You can share it or eat the whole thing yourself. Highly recommend.

My friend and I went yesterday. It was festive and the food was amazing. We had a wonderful waitress named Danni who added to our fabulous time out. We both said we will be back. The tomato soup was soothing to the soul. Thank you Danni for giving us some suggestions on the types of pizza and the little extra on the Gelato.
