I use to really enjoy starbucks, especially if I needed a quick picker upper. And it was cheap like $3 for a latte. Nowadays though with the prices going up you would think that for $7 my latte would taste better than before, but it doesn't. I went there this morning and all I got was like a recycled cup with a recycled cup of slop. It's really become more like quite a ripoff, and the customer are too rich to notice. It's really become quite gross of a chain...

This was later in the day (around 5:20 pm). I wanted a peppermint hot chocolate. I just got off a 5 hour shift. The Starbucks near my work was out of peppermint today. I mobile order ahead of time knowing that I was at least 10 minutes away. When I got there, both my hot chocolate and my warm croissant were ready to go and were still warm. Yes they sometimes take sometimes but I love Starbucks a whole lot and will keep ordering their coffee and hot chocolate

The staff was great. Friendly and kind. The music was a bit loud but good for reading or studying. Coffee was good so overall a nice place.Wheelchair accessibility: I saw at least two people having coffee and using the restroom without any issues.

I placed a mobile order today and waited a bit longer than usual because they were running a little behind. From the minute I walked in, Noah acknowledged that I had been waiting awhile and checked in with me about which order I was waiting on and also thanked me for my patience. Overall, he was pleasant with others as well. I didn't mind the wait because of the great service he provided and appreciated him keeping me informed about my order. Overall, whenever I visit this location, the orders are timely and accurate--THANK YOU

3.5/5 ⭐️.Typical Starbucks service but parking sucks. They share parking with other stores. During covid wind down, they had reserved parking for pick ups. Now, people park in the closer spots for hours, forcing regular pick up persons to find parking sometimes three or four rows over. This especially sucks when it’s raining or snowing hard, or you have kids. Wish they would return to having reserved parking for pick up only. Staff are usually friendly but sometimes slow. Have had instances where I have waited 20 minutes past my pickup time.

I work at a nearby business and we love our Starbucks! One of our team members went there today to buy coffee's and breakfast for the clinic. When she was given one of the coffee's the lid was not fitting properly and was super loose. She asked for a new lid and was denied her request. She was then argued with about what she wanted in her own coffee... I'm so confused because those are two easily resolvable issues and I've always known Starbucks for their customer service. I went to sip my coffee and luckily was warned about the lid because it in fact popped right off. I just don't get why the issue wasn't able to be resolved in the store. We pay Starbucks prices for Starbucks service, if we can't expect that there are plenty of other alternatives at a cheaper cost that would be more than happy to ensure our coffee's can be enjoyed without having to worry about spilling it everywhere.

The staff at this location is friendly and pays attention. Ty took the time to make a drink that wasn’t ready when I expected, and it was done right. Thanks for great service and well-made beverages!
