1st red flag plenty of (non reserved) seating but hostesses were confused where to seat us (likely not their fault, but mgmt). 2nd red flag no soap (not even a drop, so clearly empty for awhile) in either of the men’s room soap dispensers which leads me to question the integrity of any male working there who is required to wash their hands before returning to work. 3rd red flag multiple staff standing around who could be attending to these deficiencies. Seems to be a management issue. Would never return even if it was free. However, our waitress was excellent and attentive and should probably seek a better managed establishment. Restaurant bathrooms are always a direct representation of cleanliness. When a customer chooses to dine at your establishment they do so in a way of trust and respect that you will serve their family in a safe/healthy/respectable manner. When you break that trust, you open yourself to criticism. If this is your business, take this as constructive criticism.

Dietary restrictions: Able to get fish and chips with fries. Which is a special treat and the portion is huge! All their breaded items are gluten free, so no cross contamination! ( :Parking: Lots of parking in front are several rows and in back and along the side as well. It is super popular, so coming early is probably a good idea. ( :Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair accessible entrance, and once inside. It is all level flooring, which makes moving around inside easy.

i have tried wings all over CT, as i am a wing enthusiast, but the prices had found myself in a realm of disappointment…..upon entering the establishment, my excitement was at an all time high. However, my enthusiasm quickly dissipated as I perused the menu, only to be met with ridiculous prices that left me questioning the value of what i might’ve order….i would personally like to meet the person who had the audacity to price $16 for only 6 wings !!! it’s insane for some mediocre wings and flavors. although their quesadillas are very good with house sauce. i’m still pissed off about the wings smh!’b

Our waitress Christina last night was extremely nice! We had a larger party for a birthday and she did a excellent job. We all had the best time. Food was perfect and drinks were cold!!!! Thank you Tavern!

There were four of us for dinner. Our first time to the restaurant. From beginning to end every staff member we encountered was engaging and friendly. Drink menu was fun and interesting. Food selection was diverse. Fried pickle chips were delicious as was the buffalo cauliflower. Quinoa bowl was delicious. Definitely will be coming back.
Expensive for small portions; disappointing that for my $24 ahi tuna bowl they weren't willing to substitute the kimchi and pickled veggies for some sweet potato?! Or anything? Even our waiter seemed embarrassed...his service was friendly though, and the other three meals were tasty; pizza, steak tips

Solid place for drinks, games, and even family meals!We came here on a weeknight for dinner with 4 adults and 2 toddlers. Previous reviews had me hesitant for how it would be with toddlers and let me put your fears at ease that it was fine! Bring 'em!We were seated in a back booth and all fit easily. (Much preferred thank you! So the kids didn't bother anyone) Our server was super nice, friendly, and funny.All our food was delicious and good portion size. The kids mac and cheese was legit like a whole box.Food did take a little longer to come out than anticipated. We also had a question about one of the veggie bowl ingredients that we could not identify and 2 servers came over to check it out and joke about it, but honestly we wish they would've just asked the kitchen for the answer. Kids meal was a bit pricey as well as one of the specialty lemonades, but it's West Hartford by the mall, so we get it.Glad to see a good new place with an option for everyone! Seriously impressed how big it was inside!

New server. Told him we were there for a birthday, assuming a desert would be brought, after he brought our check I asked him about the dessert, he had to go check! It was brought, but it would have been nice if it was delivered before the check.
