During my visit, I had the pleasure of seeing Thomas, the owner of the establishment. He personally crafted my beverage, which was a delightful experience. It was wonderful to see him in action and witness his expertise. I felt confident that I could order any drink without encountering any issues. Overall, it was a great experience and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

This bubble tea place West Hartford area is probably the first, and it's definitely my favorite. I've visited countless times, and each visit has been consistently enjoyable. Even when I stopped by just 30 minutes before closing, the two workers were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I'll definitely be returning in the future.

This place has been my favorite boba place for years and continues to have the best quality and most natural flavor out of all the boba places I've had Boba from! Keep it up!

Probably the first bubble tea place in this blue back west Hartford area, before all the other ones flooded in this past year (kung fu, gong cha etc). This is where I have gone and never been disappointed! It's a great stop when strolling around blue back, while shopping around on a sunny day. I usually get original milk tea with bubbles or grass jelly, low sugar, low ice. But they got so many options and lots of yummy drinks to choose from! I still prefer this place over kung fu and gong cha honestly, just because the other place charge ridiculous prices and is usually very sweet.

It's been 5 years and every time I remember this place, I hope it's gone out of business but it still hasn't so I guess there is no God.

From out of town, and wanted to support local instead of the large chains (gongcha and kungfu tea). Awful tea here and grass jelly tasted weird. For those who think this place tastes good, have never had real bubble tea. Cannot recommend at all.Parking: Parked across the street in the cvs shopping center and walked over

I have been coming here regularly for years, daily every time I am in town. However, they seemingly close 15 minutes early, so I'm disappointed in their service.I am giving a one star review since I have been denied service 2 times in the last 3 days, before 7:45pm because they were either "closing soon" or "out of everything". No apology or "I'm sorry" either.I traveled to the town center specifically to get my bubble tea from here, but the first time the staff said they were "out of tea". Since I had a gift card, I asked what they were not out of, and they said out of "literally everything is out". It was about 7:45 that day. (Update: later they confirmed this was not the case, they did have other drinks on the menu that could still be made that were less popular. I don't know why that was said)Again today, they said that they wouldn't be able to serve me since they had a group of 4-6 people waiting in line / ordering already, but it was 7:44 and they close at 8pm. They have made my drink in under 1 minute almost every time I'm there so this is surprising.Update: I asked today for a manager, and got quite a bit of sass in response to my questions. Notably, "If you come as late as 7:45, theres no guarantee we will have anything to serve, we often run out. Theres nothing we can do, and you shouldn't expect to receive anything if you come that late." I have worked in the town center and went at 7:45 for 2 years, but only now am I having repeated issues. It's specifically this newer person who I have had a negative experience with in the last 3 interactions, and no one else.

I have been coming here regularly for years, daily every time I am in town. However, they seemingly now close 15 minutes early and are rude about it, so I'm disappointed in their service.I am giving a one star review since I have been denied service 2 times in the last 3 days, before 7:45pm because they were either "closing soon" or "out of everything". No apology or "I'm sorry" either. I came in at a different time and kindly asked to speak to a manager, to ask if there was anything that could be done, since I had twice traveled out of my way to get there and had gotten nothing, and they offered to take 50 cents off of my $7 tea. Not amazing. Also, still no indoor seating, still have their COVID setup. They also don't know if people will order 1 or more (or none) before they order, so I'm surprised they told us to leave the store since they wouldn't serve us, instead of wait at our own risk.I asked today for a manager, and got quite a bit of sass in response to my questions. No seating inside, but otherwise great. Their thai milk tea is delicious, if not a tad sweet :)
