Only place in Hartford to get liang pi and other xian food like rou jia mo (if there is another, enlighten me). Taste is good but hours are inconvenient because during lunch they are a food truck in State House Square. Food is freshly made, for the most part you can see them make it in the open kitchen when you order

Place is never open. And when it is no one is ever in there. I went when it first opened and the food was not that good. I give it a negative five stars.
