I have been to this restaurant several times; I recently took my whole family for a special occasion and was not disappointed! Klodian was our waiter and was fantastic!! He offered wonderful food suggestions and delivered great service! Each time he came over to our table he was checking in, offering suggestions, and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back and I hope that he is our waiter again!

I’ve never left a review before and felt compelled to do so after eating there last night. This was the best meal I’ve had in a year!!! The charcuterie meats were fresh and delicious with most incredible bread!!! The fish was delicious and the pastas perfect. Also sampled the graham cracker gelato …was insane.

Our third time here for dinner. First time, great. Second, good. Third, so-so. A fourth probably not in the cards. Definitely felt rushed. Food came a little too quickly. Handed takeaway boxes before we finished. They had us in and out in under an hour. Always nice to see something new but menu hasn't changed much over past 2 years. Dishes priced reasonably. Attentive hostess and waitstaff. Squid-ink pasta and brussell sprout side both good. Octopus antipasto needed some love. The daily special - Tagliatelle with jus - sorry, a complete miss.

Treva provides delicious Italian cuisine in a comfortable environment with very helpful service. In this part of Connecticut, Italian restaurants seem to focus more on Italian-American cuisine, heavily dominated by red sauce and American creations like pasta alfredo. Treva provides more genuinely Italian cuisine.Our server was exceedingly helpful. One of our guests had very specific instructions for her food, wanting very particular substitutions and changes to her dish, and our server listened attentively and very graciously ensured that everything was done as requested. I was truly impressed.When I'm in town and want to go to a truly Italian restaurant, Treva is at the top of my list.

We went there excited to try their food based on reviews. Waited at the counter for 15 minutes to be seated, but the girl was talking on the phone in an endless phone call. The restaurant had a lot of empty tables so the waiting was not really necessary and we could have been seated at any table. That just felt like disregard and carelessness about the customer.

We came as a party of 10 and the service was phenomenal. There wasn’t too much of a space for us to wait for our reservation, but staff was very kind while we were waiting and talking. Celebrated a birthday and from appetizers down to desserts everything was brought out quick and was completely delicious. Definitely will come back another time.
I have heard about this place and finally had the great pleasure of eating here. We were a big group (20) dinner which sometimes can mean bad service and bad food. It was all amazing. The appetizers were to die for, my chicken dish was beyond amazing, wine selections great, and service amazing. I will certainly go back.
