Chinese lady is amazingThe guy is really cheap you ask for extra hot sauce and he only gives you 2 more and he be charging extra too ….. the delivery guy the old guy man he be begging for tip it’s 5$ extra for delivery does that goes to the driver this old man be expecting 10$ tip and if you pay with card he says make sure you leave me a good tip like I stop ordering because of the delivery guy I can deal with the cheap Chinese guy because his wife always laugh and gives me more but the delivery guy he gotta go food is awesome ?

PLS READ FOR YOUR SAFETY!!ordered chicken wings with french fries. as you can see besides the fact that it’s only breading, the meal taste rotten. once you bite into the chicken the smell of rancid meat is so overwhelming. the fries taste of old oil, so much so you can’t even go in for a second bite!! as for the crab rangoons i’ve never has ones so burnt & again of rancid taste.. don’t know what happened here but by the looks of all the ones star reviews, the lesson is READ REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY!! will be reporting to whomever is necessary.

I made an online order yesterday .. this was a Monday .. I checked online and their website to make sure they were open.. but said they were. So I placed my order. Waited about two hours .. called both numbers given MULTIPLE times and no answer. Next day they say they open at 11 am.. I make sure to call as soon as they open so I can get my money refunded … no answer .. it’s 1230 now.. NUMEROUS phone calls and no answer whatsoever. Do NOT order fromThis place .. although nobody answers so I’m sure you can’t even order in the first place. What a waste.

Well, Add another One-Star review (Not that they care) - DO NOT Order online and pay. Two hours later, No Delivery. Both phone numbers are never answered after trying for an hour and a half to get through. Now, I'm out my money and I have no order. I should have read these reviews about So China Sea West Haven First! This won't be the end of it. They Just don't care.

This place is awful. we placed an order online and called them 45 minutes later to ask about the status of our order just for them to tell us that we “ordered from the wrong place” and that they “forgot to check our online order”. They were more concerned about how much we were tipping the delivery driver than refunding us or starting to make our food.

I used to order from them when i lived in west haven. After i moved to a different city i was in town and i wanted to make an order and pick it up, anyway i made a call placed an order for $49 ,99 fried jump shrimps, fried fish, fried scallops, fried imitation crab , fried rice with shrimp , shrimp egg rolls…Anyway let me start with the fried scallops was awful i never had it from then like this before, looked snd tasted was left over from the night before the stuff was breaded on it was fallen like was something wrong and was tasting really bad .Second is the large fried rice with shrimps i had i was able to count 2 pieces of small shrimps in the rice also the same in the fried shrimp egg roll.Price went up from last time i ordered from them so I assumed i will get something good with high quality and good quantity .But eventually the place went really down and bad .My advice they need to fix all that otherwise they will lose customers and shot their place down!?

I ordered over the phone and told them I was going to pick my order up. I get there I had the wrong card so I asked them if I can give them my card number they told me no I had to have my id on me I said I had a picture of my Id they still told me no. Then I said so if I paid over the phone I would have to give them my id when they came to my house they said they don’t do that anymore (pay w my card over the phone) when my mom only orders over the phone with her card number. Which makes no sense! The lady wouldn’t talk to me after that and refused to help me in anyway. She was so rude and disrespectful! (Meanwhile my order was under $8) I will not be returning after today!
