Stopped to use the bathroom. They only have one bathroom for all. Barely any toilet paper left. Ridiculous. Have been to a million Dunkin Donuts and never saw only one bathroom like this. At least restock the toilet paper.

I usually don’t write reviews but the girl took my order she needs a recognition for doing absolutely great job. She was very kind and made my coffee the way I wanted. I didn’t get her name girl with green eyes and head scarf.

I go to this DD every morning. The morning staff is phenomenal!!! They have exceptional customer service, make my ever changing coffee beverages to perfection. They deal with an extremely high volume of customers in a timely manner and still don't lack in service or quality while doing it . Outstanding job guys!!

Today, 1/24/2023, was the first time that my DD app worked in this particular store! I was very happy. The line surprised me, but it moved quickly and I was able to get my order in and out the door.
My drink in the end was fine. Although, the customer service & being rushed up to the window when all I’m doing is making sure she had my coffee down right. Only reason to do so was bc she said i had a flavor shot when i never asked for one. Being rushed to order & attitudes aren’t needed. If u don’t wanna work then don’t. 1/22/23 - 7:30 pm.

I gave the new hummas on toast with roasted tomatoes a try today and the winter coffee which I think is the best yet with Duncan. The toast with roasted tomatoes and hummus was delicious small in size but just enough. The winter coffee has a nice stronger roasted taste.

I work right down the road from this place go to get a coffee at 7:50pm and they’re closed twice this has happened to me when they supposed to close at 8pm. Like I get it ppl wanna go home but you turning ppl around at 10 mins b4 y’all close is beyond me

A friend of mine and I had decided on a whim last night to go to DD this morning. I happened to notice on the DD app that today 9/29 is national coffee day and I was entitled to a medium iced or hot coffee. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte because it was my first time getting pumpkin spice this season. Anyway, I used the app but the price didn't show the free coffee. I questioned why I had to pay $4.29. My cashier was very nice, but when I asked for the manager to get a refund and after we figured out why the free coffee didn't come off my price, (supposedly no mgr on site. Really? Only employees open the store and open the safe to get cash registers ready to open drive thru & inside?? That doesn't make sense) another employee with fading pink dyed hair came over and told me that there were other customers forming behind me and they couldn't give me refund. Hello. I AM A CUSTOMER ALSO AND MY ORDER AND PRICE OF ORDER WASN'T CORRECT !! I called 800# right away and got the situation documented and gave bad review to corporate.Vegetarian options: Grilled cheese with pesto & tomato
