The macchiato medium I order at 5:40pm 12/31 was below half full the girl there was so rude girl there was 2 of them but it was the one with the darker hair I didn’t get her name so mad she needs to be fired talking bout that’s how the machine calculates the drinks she don’t see nothing wrong with the machine not even being nice about it was just mean screaming for no reason

Quick service even though there was a line. The woman behind the counter kept things moving. Very upbeat attitude. Their coffee was delicious as always. My son got the chicken wrap and the deluxe hash browns and loved them. We also brought home a dozen donuts which were very fresh. Highly recommend.

Worst dunkin ever ! Always have problems. They hide at 10:00 all night and pretend Noones there so they don't have to work, I even asked the valerios worker they even said they are there and ignoring customers. When is this place going to get better. Today I went and the worker would not give me his name he's young skinny lightskined male and very disrespectful asking me the same coffee I said over and over which he did not comprehend. This place needs to get better workers and stop hiring young kids who are lazy. Will not go back here till it gets better.

The manager "Kat" was so rude. I ordered a coffee and realized I also wanted a bagel added to the order. At this time I hadn't paid yet and I was about when she very rudely and in a very nasty tone yelled at her employee to tell me to go around and to not add anything to the order if I really wanted a bagel with cream cheese. This upset me so I paid for my coffee and went to the dunkin down the street. I will not be coming back to this rude dunkin with a manager that is as rude and disgusting as her. Luckily the employee was nice and I didn't push her to add it since I didn't want her to get reprimanded. I would like to add to this review, I just found it's policy from the dunkin down the road but the line behind me was empty and she was very rude regardless. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

The whole order was messed up from the two coffees to the sandwichesThere where 5 employees it's Sunday at 713am and no one knew what they were doing!!Then they had my husband's card put to the sideThen I asked for the receipt she didn't want to give it.Also she handed us our sugar packets n told us to put our OWN SUGAR in our coffee.Green hair I don't care I guess.Then had a attitude ?The coffee was over flowing and dirtyAnd I'd go back but they'll probably spit in my food
