WORST Service ever. We went here and the workers did not behave well at all. It was on September 10 2023. A worker named Nura was very aggressive and impatient with us. She did not listen to us and kept interrupting and when we told her she got our order wrong she argued with us not accepting she was the one who got our order wrong. She was the worst drive through worker I have ever seen.

I normally don't go to Dunkin' Donuts but today I just wanted a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted cream cheeseI normally don't go to Dunkin' Donuts but today I just wanted a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted cream cheese I placed my order and the young lady says it was a plain bagel cream cheese I said no it should have been a cinnamon raisin but it was okay I told her give it to me anyways they gave me a hard time about getting the bagel After about 3 minutes of telling him it's okay I'll take the plane bagel they wouldn't give it walked out I paid $15 with tip for a big one that I couldn't get NEVER AGIAIN

Always great service, just wish they would have more cold foam available. They are usually out of it, which is such bummer ? but I absolutely love the workers and enjoy reg coffee too!
