Can't seem to get a simple coffee order right. My Uncle goes here daily. It's literally a 2 minute drive from our home. But he gets a medium BLACK coffee and adds his own sugar substitute. As for my Husband and I.... much different. Since moving close to said Uncle my husband tries to go with him for morning coffee runs as much as possible. Uncle is getting up in years ( mid 80s) to spend some time with him. It goes with out fail ALMOST every time he gets my order to go : medium caramel hot coffee 4sugar 3 cream .. they NEVER seem to get it right. Whether it's no sugar at all. To plain coffee. To a whole different flavor. SOMETHING is extremely wrong. Thank God he's just bringing it hometo me and I can fix it up. If I was on my way to work or school. I'd be infuriated. Coffee is my day starter. So if your like me.... check your order at this location before leaving.. your day could start off horrible if you love a good cup of coffee in the morning!!!

I pulled in and I thought "oh no, I'm about to be late for work" but they got that line down so fast. No attitude at all once I got to the window for my stuff. My coffee was perfect, this Dunkin location is definitely one of my favorite spots

Nijja and her coworker were the amazing part of my night! I went in to grab a bite, i ended up with an amazing iced Chai latte, she knows how to make the best out there! I got amazing quality service the best service I've ever had at Dunkin donuts. She an her coworker had a consistent flow that was real teamwork. They answered all my questions. Everything went smoothly I really appreciated the wonderful service the tator tots she recommended eith cream cheese was amazing. You have made a lifelong customer. I will tell my friends on how wonderful the service I was provided the food was exceptional none the less. I am very grateful you have amazing workers such as these 2. You need more they are doing well and outstanding jobs. I look forward to seeing them more often at my dunkin runs.
