Shannon at this location is amazing and so so pleasant! I don’t often leave reviews but had to share. I rarely have had a good experience here and visit often as it is the only one on the way to Yale where I am often. I’d avoided it for a while but was in a bind one day. Glad I gave it another shot! Hope Shannon sticks around!

They made the wrong coffees. When ask to remake the coffee to the correct one. They didn’t. They just added wipe cream and gave us the same cup that says the wrong coffee order. These employees are just lazy and don’t care.

Slow isn’t slow enough to describe. Messed up drinks all the way around. Doughnuts were blown out and terrible. The people were nice but definitely were not ready for 5 drinks at once.

The new crew can not get the orders correct. They mess up at least three times a week. Also, they burn the cheese on the egg wraps every single time. .Parking: Derby Ave , West Haven

Super friendly service. Convenient drive through as well. Stopped here a few times and never had an error in order. The guy taking our order (Shannon?) couldn't be nicer. Would drive out of the way to go to this Dunkin' for that level of pleasantness.

While a medium 14 ounce cup of Dunkin' Donuts hot chocolate is 320 calories and not filled with the most nutritious ingredients, on a cold morning it is still a wonderful treat. The drive-through was not crowded and the location made it a convenient place to get a warm hot chocolate quickly.
