I order from this place a lot. Nobody can hold a candle to El Salvadoreño. I went to Texas for training & craved pupusas or got some at a place late at night when this place was closed but nobody can compare to this place. This place is the absolute best. The pupusas, the rice, the plantains, the portions, it’s all so amazing & perfect. This is my favorite place & I literally order like every other day from here. Everything is so fresh & flavorful. If you want Salvadoran food, get it here. This place does a beautiful job

Ordered "grilled chicken in creamy sauce" got a boiled bone in thigh and leg with what looked like milk poured over it, the chicken was pink when i cut it and sent it back, they refused to let me order something else or my money back, horrible customer service, never coming back here. I have never sent food back but this was an exception.

Dive into an authentic Salvadoran culinary journey at this restaurant where the spotlight is undoubtedly on their pupusas. These aren't just any pupusas; they exude the warmth and soul of homemade comfort, standing out with a non-greasy texture that sets them apart from the competition. The staff complements the dining experience with genuine friendliness, making you feel right at home. If you're on a quest for the best pupusas in town, look no further. This place comes with a hearty recommendation for anyone seeking a genuine taste of El Salvador.

The prices are a little absurd per pupusas. The food is good and all but I can't justify the money.

The food was good but the service was not worth the visit. The waitress / “owner” had a horrible attitude. I’d rather walk from West Haven to Bridgeport for some good pupusas than to bring my family here again.

Had the pupusas, food was good, curtido wasn't enough . Kind a friendly service , place is big and plenty of seating, clean , background music.

Service was very slow. They only had one waiter on a Saturday afternoon taking care of tables, answering the phone for take out, bringing food out, charging. Overall, I spent way more time waiting for my food and my check than actually enjoying my

Very good pupusas and chicken dishes. Good value, and serving sizes. I should have had them mark the containers, but we figured it out.
