Multiple times I have ordered ravioli and multiple times I have either gotten 3 small ones or none at all. There is no structure to this place and this happens with so many other dishes than ravioli.

So it's normal day at the uni, just casually taking a stroll. I find myself in the Westside quad petchering for a bite to eat. I heard about this "Food On Demand" place from a peer. I decide to give this place a try with said colleague. As I enter the premises, to my dismay, I had to forgo my American rights and show my CoVerify. But that is besides the point. I ordered a meatball grinder via a kiosk that asked for my number, which violates my privacy. The meatball grinder was ok. I've had better.

Just stopped here, whoever was working needs an attitude adjustment. Was vocally annoyed that we accidentally said 1 sugar, before correcting to none for our daughter. Then, didn't bother to add the doughnut we ordered to our order. 4/2/20201 @ about 4:30pm

Plus side is your food is made to order. Theresa is a great lady to stop and chat with at the entrance when you go there for dinner Monday-Friday

Come see the new manager at fod westside hall. Great quality food and awesome customer service. All ethnic foods are provided to make any student or staff feel like they are at home.

Food is mediocre, the wait for food is long, and drinks are watered down, will only go here if it's the only option.

Most of the time the food is okay, but there were a few times it was a little disgusting. The chicken parmesan had bones in it once, and the bacon cheeseburger I ordered came as a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese. Thought might as well try it, and I found hair in the bacon. I've also found hair in the cheese sticks.
Amungst other things, four ketchup dispensers were empty...Told it was because "it's late"So, burger & fries without ketchup...

Alyssa, who works at the cafe on the Orange campus is great! Always in a great mood and very accommodating! She remembers people's orders and makes food and drinks quickly so no one has to wait long. She's seriously awesome!!
