As of today 01/08/24, I had a few people come ask me if we have opened a new branch location but we hadn’t. These people copied our menu word for word, price for price, just changing the name to their store. I called a few times no answer so I went inside the store and asked them what was going on. The lady had nothing to say and she said that she didn’t know the owners number and refused to let me speak to the owner. I left my number, and the owner called me back saying that these menus are just samples and did more harm to his business then good. Then he apologized and said they will throw it out, which i’m hoping they will. the reason for writing this review is to let everyone know that this restaurant and crown chicken and fish are total different restaurants with total different menus.

Amazing food there!!! The chicken is my favorite thing to get with fries ! Im definitely going to try more on the menue in the future. Its definitely an amazing restaurant with quick amazing service run by very nice people. The pieces of chicken are hudge and are well done ,the fries are salted perfectly and the wait is toatly worth it. Deff going there again soon ^^ much love <3

Best fish sandwich in the west haven area was fresh crunchy and full of flavor and the fries on the side were addictive definitely coming back for more had left overs and I'm excited to eat again when I get home definitely recommend

I went yesterday. Very lovely couple run the place. They have a special, 21 (yes 21) pieces of fried chicken, large fries, and a 2 liter of soda for $26.95. The chicken is made fresh to order so give yourself some time to wait. The pieces of chicken are the biggest I've ever seen. Like the drumsticks could pass for young turkey legs, huge!! The breasts were the size of my face! Homemade fresh and delicious and fried hard but still nice n juicy, just the way I like it. I was happily surprised to see they gave me a bunch of hot sauce to go with it and it went so well. Highly advised! I live like 2 blocks away so it will be my new go to place for chicken and they have a nice Halal menu also which I plan to try everything of! Absolutely fabulous food, homemade, and equally wonderful service.

I ordered online from their website. spent $35 for me to call and just verify it came through online to be told they don’t use the order online we have to order via phone call. I mentioned it’s on their website and they should have it removed because j just spent money there. she said to call and cancel and hung up on me…..0

The management here sucks and The employees are so rude. Ive always had bad experiences here but today I am livid! My husband went to go use a coupon that was time stamped same time and date as the order being spoken upon, they did not let him use my coupon because i wasnt present and I just got out of the hospital I couldn’t go, but he had the code and it said to provide code upon start of order not to as well present it even though that wasnt a problem except they fought out that it couldnt work unless i was there, this has never happened to me at any other burger king , Ive never been so pissed with a fast food place as I am now and I am going to fight this! I sent an email and letter to corporate as well as reviews everywhere possible! Messed with the wrong person just because you wanted to be lazy and rude, hence when we started the order they did not ask questions about having the coupon they waiting till we made changes to the order such as upgrading, this is sad! They need to shut this place down or find new managand employees. That womens attitude is gross and its sad that this is our world, your in your 40s-50s working at burger kind and arent happy then you shouldnt be working there! Customer service is priority and if you cant do your job right you have to go. How is this horrible manager still here she’s hispanic most likely mexican, not being racist eother im hispanic as well and I can do her job 100 times better!

Nina is the rudest employee ever. I used my electronic gift card 2 nights ago. I just went to use the remaining balance and she told me no. insulted me. refused to give me a managers name or corporates number, just got off the phone with corporate after googling their number and they were shocked.
