The Spanish Mexican girl that works at night taking the orders is very rude. Didn’t greet , rushing me before I can finish my order. Interrupting me telling me to go to the next window and I wasn’t finished ordering. I went to the other window , tried speaking to the person giving me my food. The Manager didn’t come to the window to speak to me. Horrible service. No accountability. No customer service.

WORST SERVICE AND COLD/BURNT FOOD!We ordered 20 pc nuggets and a large fries. We got to the first window to pay and they didn’t acknowledge us, i had my window open and my card ready, mind you… it’s winter and cold outside, but they still didn’t care and proceeded to fully closed the door and left us waiting without saying what was happening or anything. after i while they opened it and we paid, we had to wait extra time for the food. nuggets came out cold and fries burnt! WORST SERVICE AND FOOD!

The environment is not good. There are numerous people always loitering around. As most of the customers who dine in are students they don't feel comfortable around these people. I hope management will work on improving the dining environment.

I been working for McDonald like 5yrs now and they put new everything and kick almost everyone that was working there out ! They put some new crews that they can’t even do half of the easy stuff !! This new company that took over have no idea what is going on in that store ! But thank you ex manager even though you was a mess everything was going well and for that new owner ! Congratulations ! Hope everything goes well!Att: all ex crew !!P.s Tell them at the kiosk you want fresh fries if not they will give you old fries fries in that nasty old oil

Every single time I go to McDonald's I go to this one because it's the only McDonald's in West Haven and surrounding areas that actually gets the food all correct. So thank you for that. However, Everytime I get a m flurry. They put vanilla ice cream up to the top and then top it off with Oreos or m&M's. Why don't they mix it anymore it's a mcflurry not a Sunday it's suppose to be mixed all the way to the bottom. Please fix this I miss my favorite treat ???
