I ordered a large iced coffee with cream only and repeated it four times and got the wrong one I bought it back five times and finally the manager came over to the window and told the waitress the order and they still put hazelnut flavoring into the coffee the manager finally made it herself and it was right.I do not understand what is so hard about making a iced coffee with cream only. The food is always hot and good, but one step inside this building and you get the sense that there’s no pride. I entered this restaurant at about 3:50 pm on Wednesday May 10th. No welcoming words from any of the personnel, just conversations in the kitchen about their personal lives as they acted as though customers can’t hear them.
