Went here unexpectedly for breakfast. I had the avocado toast. The portion was plenty for one person. The balance was great of all the ingredients. Plan on taking your food and eating it somewhere else as seating is limited. We happened to grab a barstool facing the water which was nice. Would recommend! Can't wait to go back and try something else!

Not only was the setting and food delicious, but the service was friendly and helpful. Furthermore, after reading the reviews, I have the upmost respect for the owner and his esteem and his staff. More business owners should have the same value in their staff. Thanks for a delicious lunch on a sunny day. Will recommend to anyone.
Amazing little Jewel of a place on the corner overlooking the beach. Super clean, food was absolutely fantastic. Service was great and the staff were very kind. I was on crutches, and they could not be more hospitable to help me out.I had the equivalent of a Reuben sandwich, which was out of this world. My friend had a tuna melt on English muffin piled high, and it was fantastic.

We have been coming to ProspectBeach House for a few years now. The food is excellent reasonably price great service and the cook will make something if not seen on the menu and something he can do. The staff are always smiling , making you feel at home and Chris the owner goes above and beyond !! You won't be disappointed

I got a sandwich which was $9.99 on the menu. I thought it was odd when she said it was $10.70 but even odder when I had to sign the ticker and it was $11.02. I rechecked the menu and confirmed $9.99. I told the cashier that they had a different price on the menu and said she would look into it. When she handed me my food without having checked I explained I would not come back because she did not check into the difference. She then told me the difference was the tax. I said "No you charged me $10.80 plus tax" she said it was a "service charge tax". When I questioned it she told me you don't pay it if you pay cash and said there was a sign in front of the register. There was...and a bigger sign covering it up. That is some shady practice.

I'll keep it brief. Went for a visit, had a good experience, then watched staff allow a customer's dog to freely roam the kitchen. I sent an email to the business about the issue and never heard back. Disappointing to say the least! Won't be returning.
Horrible. Should have went to Tom and Pats, it would have been 3x as big and better steak.
Horrible. Completely disappointing. Ordered steak sandwich on the regular menu, and it was all bread. No flavor. Never again.
