Saw 2 people working, had to wait for someone to come out of the back… finished off a bag of chips by the time they came out. Took my mom there for dinner… would have been more enjoyable if they had station on other than WPLR… rock and heavy metal. Nir exactly dinner and conversation music.

SLOOOOWWWWW. The worst experience I've ever had at a subway and I won't be back. I wasted my whole break in line and there was only 2 or 3 people in front of me. To top it off they lock their bathroom and say that it's out of order. Don't go here.

They’re a rip off , over order from here over 4 times on DoorDash… turkey and cheese 6 inches are supposed to have 6 slices of turkey . Every single time , they only put 4 … I’ve ordered meatball 6inches that only had 3 meatballs and a hll of a lot of sauce…. There’s never any where to sit if you order inside bc the tables and chairs are stacked up like it closing time . When I asked for a supervisors or office number they gave me an attitude and started speaking a foreign language while walking away from me . This is the only open subway in this area and I’d appreciate better customer service and the proper quantity of meat that I’m paying for . I’ve wasted a lot of time , money , gas , and DoorDash fees trying to give this store the benefit of the doubt . I’ve had enough !!

The lady there was weird. Also, there were so many orders and she was the only one there?! The other worker finally came in, and he went straight on his phone on the back. She asked for help multiple times and he helped one customer before going to the back again on his phone. I waited way longer than I was suppose to and not only did she have a-lot of people to take care of, but she didn’t have any help!! This place needs more workers that actually work.

Besides being rude to the patrons, the lady was training a new employee (during lunch rush) and being just horrible to her. She was mean, and did so in front of several customers. Awful. I hope that new employee seeks employment elsewhere.
Probably one of the best subways I've been to. The lady made my wrap amazingly. She was very particular about giving me a wrap shaped and sized more like a big burrito than a small egg roll! She was specific about wanting to add the sauce at the right time so they don't get messy with the veggies. She was seriously a sandwich artist. I got cookies bc I saw they were fresh out the oven. She individually separated the cookies with a piece of parchment between them. She attacked everything neatly in my bag by size. She just was very considerate of what she was serving me. I NEVER give tips for take out, but I did leave the tip when it came up on the screen. I wish I had cash to directly hand her. The place was clean, and like a good atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Ample parking. If so here again when in the neighborhood.Vegetarian options: Easy to get a veggie sandwich or salad

I'm picking up a doordash order and when I walk in there's nobody at the counter. So I yell Out "hello anybody working?" She comes out from the back with an attitude Saying to give her a minute that I just arrived. I'm the only one here And she tells me That the order came in 2 minutes ago. According to Dasher it was supposed to be ready as I arrived. Then she tells me that she can't make the order I have because 2 other orders are before it and she has to make those 1st even though I'm the only one here. Now I watched the other pick up orders 5 minutes that I already been waiting and they even had to stand around and wait to get their orders. This lady does not do her job and she has an attitude problem
