I was really excited that a new lunch place popped up here. My friend and I went. All that was available was a half pizza and one sandwich. That was the total inventory in the entire place. I can’t rate anything because there was literally no food to try

Very nice guy working. Yummy sandwich. Fun table games. Alcohol available if we wanted it.Kid-friendliness: Fun family games on the tables. We played uno while we waited

Great concept, the food was delicious. Atmosphere is very relaxing, you can stay longer and not be rushed by a server every 15 minutes. My 3 star review is based on the white wine on tap and the staff selection of 20% tip. The wine wasn’t good, it was hard to taste the actual flavor since it had a bad aftertaste, which I’m assuming is from the method it’s being poured and stored. I would suggest offering an already steel flavored wine like Bread&Butter which would go better on tap. The server touched the 20% tip option on the screen without me approving it. When she gave me the tablet she just said: “It’s all set, you only need to sign.” I changed it to less. I honestly would have tipped 20% but I don’t appreciate her already selecting the option for me and then requesting me to sign it right away. I personally like the automatic tipping options on the screen and use them all the time but I don’t like when the sever tells me what to tip. I understand that a tip can be automatically added to the check for a big group but I was by myself.

Nachos were a couple of chips with a melted piece of provolone cheese on top. Clearly frozen food that is air fried. One positive was that the Employee was very nice.

I have been to Tapville Social in Westbrook many times now, and it is amazing! I love the concept of self-pour. Instead of one beer, usually I will try like 4 ounces of a few different beers which is fun! It's like how 4 sliders are more fun than one big hamburger haha. And the normal prices are good, and the happy hour prices are 50% off and insane, on Wed. and Thurs! Lots of beers are 30 cents per ounce, so you can get a good craft beer for only $3.60. The only other way to do that is to get a time machine and go back to the year 1988. And as of this time, I do not possess said time machine!Besides the awesome self-pour, there is also a full bar, and lots of drinks in the fridges (Headway, Truly's, cider, wine, etc.). Also I've had food there a few times and it's great. It's also fun to hang out and chill there with friends, or even solo, since there are lots of fun table games like Uno, Ring Toss, Simon, and many more! Speaking of stuff to do, there are always fun events at this location too, like tastings, make your own food and drinks, poker, book clubs, and more!My only "complaint" is that Tapville is not in my backyard haha. If it were, I would pop over every day, and self-pour like there's no tomorrow! Alas, I am forced to drive a whole 12 minutes to this excellent location; I will survive! If someone is not able to have fun at this establishment, then they are probably the type of person who dislikes fun, puppies, and ice cream! There is something for everybody. There is even wine on the self-pour! I look forward to visiting this location again very soon, and popping over to Pepperidge Farm which is right around the corner too. Yum Goldfish! Oh and I almost forgot to mention, the staff (and owners) are kind, funny, and just super helpful! They make you feel very welcome, and even spoiled! Please keep up the good work. Thank you! :)

Located in the Westbrook outlets, came for a Mozzarella cheese making glass but food and drink was provided. I had pork tacos topped with slaw, with house made Carolina and bbq dressing on the side. The pork was moist and tasty. The servers were very polite and attentive. You can pour your own drink from the tap and pay by the ounce

I came here for the "Cupcakes and Cocktails" event. This is a cute place with a few pour-your-own taps as well as a good selection of canned beer, cider, and seltzer. For this event they paired up with Nora's cupcakes to go with some delicious cocktails, and for the price of the ticket it was so well worth it. We met the owner, Mike, at the start of the event and learned that Tapville also travels for parties. The staff at Tapville were very friendly and attentive, making a fun night even better! Once I'm down from this sugar high we'll have to come back and do it again!

Tap like hosted an event called cupcakes and cocktails. Saw it in Facebook and thought heck let's do something fun and different. This small tap room is located in the Westbrook outlet shopping center, where once stood a sandwich shop and a cafe. The ambiance is very airy and open and the staff/owners were super friendly and welcoming. They offer 8 self serve taps of a variety of beers and a small menu for munchies. The event, cupcakes and cocktails was so much fun. The drinks were great and the pairing with the cupcakes oh so yummy. The owner stated they do two events a month. I will be checking then out more often.

The location has nothing to keep you there, its the size of an old coffee joint, and then you pay nearly 12 dollars a beer for the pleasure of pouring your own beer. Then when you finish serving yourself, youre forced to walk to bins marked “0% 15% 20% and 25%”, which seems like a clever way to shame people into tipping more, which id be more okay with if I wasn’t drinking from a plastic cup I poured myself. This business model would be way cooler if there was a reason to hangout inside tapville (arcade machines, pool hall, live music..) anything where those precious minutes it usually takes to get a beer would usually take you out of the fun, and the entertainment in the room is greater than the entertainment id get from a bartender, which isn’t the case for tapville.
