There are 2 bathrooms in the store right in front. One for men one for ladies.. employee said no to 3 customers for bathroom use… one of them was with Baby and other one was a my pregnant wife… employee said they are being cleaned… there were no one in there… and even if they were being cleaned, they should clean one and let the other one open… what a pathetic inhuman behavior from employee just because she doesn’t have to clean bathroom at the end of the day. Will never come back here. Pizza place next door had no issue letting us in use the bathroom even that we didn’t buy anything from them.

Server put an espresso shot in my iced chai latte and said they add an espresso shot in every latte (not true). He also didn't add the Splenda into my tea which I asked for. Finally, the back door was locked so we had to walk all the way around to the front door which was annoying.

Super important to read . I was in there the other night picking up a drink around 7pm. Don't remember what night it was but the young gentleman working behind the counter was super smart and kind and got my order right. Two other patrons were in the store acting oddly erratic , staring at me up and down, blocking and closing me in from getting my drink ; and even making the cashier / attendant uncomfortable. One of the women started complaining her coffee was awful and tried to get him to stop working on my order but he remained professional ; and when I went to get a straw to leave the other woman who was also erratic handed me a straw with a dirty look. No one wants to feel unsafe in a strip mall at this time of night and I especially feel you should of had more than one person working especially when dealing with cash. Very uneasy feeling and bizarre. I am from the Bronx and haven't quite been this uncomfortable in a long while

appealing new space but very erratic service - they have a difficult time getting orders right - Midnight coffee is often just regular. Recommend Donut Crazy, Granola Bar, Kneads instead.

This Dunkin’ is beautiful! It made my day to have such friendly service from the manager Millie. Every time I am in the area, I look forward to going in to chat with her. She takes pride in the store and her customers. It’s hard to find wonderful customer service these days and glad to see that Millie teaches her team to be as wonderful as she is! Great job Millie!

Missed my train because I waited 20 minutes for an iced coffee and a wake up wrap. I stopped in because I had ample time before my train left. I had paid for my food and gold myself if it took 5 more minutes I would leave even though I had already paid.There were a maximum of 7 other people there so the wait was unjustified. As someone who has not only worked at dunkin themself and been in the food industry for years, no one should ever scold or frankly yell at a customer when they politely ask how much longer for their food. I saw this happen at least 4 times. I’ve never seen a staff move so slow. This is included eye rolls, shuffling and slamming of utensils. The only one who seemed to be working with any initiative was the girl taking orders. No only did she pick up her coworkers slack but greeted people nicely. Please do bagged

Unfortunately, I must leave an unsatisfactory review. A busy day and the one female employee for today is doing a great job keeping up with orders and customers. While a separate male employee was wiping tables and not assisting his co-worker, i overheard him tell another customer who asked about making his order that it “wasn’t his job”. Not sure what exactly his position is but to see the girl entirely submerged in a rush of people was not great to see at all. He could have done any task to help alleviate work for his co-worker, wiping tables that were hardly, if not at all dirty wasn’t one of them
