Had a lunch today with a few salads and two sandwiches. The salads were two of the worst salads ever! A head of lettuce from stop and shop would have had more flavor!Sandwiches were decent, but avoid salads at all cost! Also asked three questions, and none were done.

Popped in here while in the area as we needed a few sandwiches to go. We got there just before noon and it was so crowded. Thankfully there seem to be a method to the madness and we didn't have to wait too long. Lots of goodies as you would expect in a typical deli, but they had some unique sandwiches which sounded really interesting. I got an Italian style hero with lots of meats and banana peppers. It was delicious!The BLT was absolutely enormous, and I did not expect a triple-decker. Location was also super easy to find right off of Main Road in a strip with parking right outside. If I were in the area, I would definitely pop in again.

I am so grateful for this place. Its like one of the best old school delis in NYC. And most importantly their employees look like they care and like they are being taken care of. And they work as a team. This is reflected in the kind and responsive service. I am glad Fortuna's exists.

Didn’t like food at all. Prices went up food quality went down. Very disappointed used to go there from 2009 to 2014 was awesome back then. Switched jobs haven’t been there in a long time. Won’t be going back again.
