The lox is the best ever. So is the Reuben, matza ball soup, and everything else. Love this place.

We returned the rusty screw my daughter almost swallowed today in her ham & cream cheese bagel. The whole place is, in my opinion, very shabby & in need of a complete

The food is the best! You can order on their website for pickup at a time convenient to you. Or just go in and order at the counter. Or sit at a table and get a scrumptious sandwich. Many to choose from the menu on the wall! I travel 1.50 hours to go there. Definitely worthy of a visit!

Order online a day ahead and you can skip passed all the alter cockers waiting on line

Having not visited in a few years, we stopped for sit down lunch. If we didn't order the pastrami/corned beef to share the regular sandwich would have left us hungry. The corn beef sandwiches were sparce in addition of meat, let's say it looked like a salami sandwich. The rye bread was dry and almost to the point of being stale. Pickels served were tasteless, the place was packed, but I'm writing them off for any future visits. Big disappointment from my past experiences at Golds!

I went just before Yom Kippur, 2023, so it was very busy with a long line. I couldn't believe how fast the line moved. The help were very knowledgeable and super efficient. The chopped liver, and especially the onion bread were to die for. Also the pastries were a 10. I felt they were kind of pricey, but who isn't pricey these days...I definitely recommend.

This place is so cute. It has a great deli selection and a nice diner feel to the seating in the back. Lots of goodies you don't see anymore. I love how they have Jewish classics like latkes and knish on the menu. I ordered a pastrami Reuben, which was perfectly assembled and generous. I can't complain. The only thing is the meat is shaved classic and thin, nothing like the thick juicy meat from Katz's.

Lean tongue and chopped liver on rye bread. Cute signage and busy inside with a plethora of meats and bakery and frozen items.

Enjoyed my pastrami, with mustard, lettuce, tomato and with chopped liver on rye. Super friendly service. Lots of old Jewish goats to give the place authentic atmosphere.
