For those who live in the Cheshire/Prospect/Waterbury area, CHECK OUT NEWBROOK KITCHEN!!!! Fun and funky atmosphere and truly, some of the best food I've EVER eaten. Chef/proprietor Danielle Hartog Kostecki is gifted. A six-course meal that ranged from gnocchi over a spinach-artichoke purée to Wagyu beef sliders over sweet potatoes with a bleu cheese "fondue," this was an epic meal. And everything is "quietly" gluten free. Check out her website and make a reservation, you will thank me. You're welcome!

Amazing dining experience. This was our third time coming for supper club and we are always impressed! Delicious, creative flavor combinations in an intimate and friendly environment. We are looking forward to being regulars!

We were visiting family from out of town and they made reservations here and it was the perfect end to a perfect family vacation. The food, staff, atmosphere and chef are amazing! I can't wait to go back again the next time we're in town!

A lovely relaxed atmosphere, offering something different. Love the English tea idea and modern take on the 3tiered afternoon tea.

Small, intimate, chef's vision concept perfectly executed. Sort of a destination bistro. We attended the Saturday night supper club - The atmosphere is comfortable and fun. Most importantly the food is out of this world. Danielle, the chef and owner, has a real talent for creating recipes that impress the eye and the taste buds all served with loving care and ceremony. Eating here is a mindful and memorable event that will have you consulting your calendar to make a return reservation. And you'll want to because the menu rotates monthly. They also offer cooking classes, high tea, and charcuterie and cheese happy hours. (To my Celiac disease peps know that this is a stealth gluten-free establishment so no worries eating here. They can also accommodate other restrictions as well and will ask about them right up front in the reservation so your meal is thoughtfully and deliciously made safe just for you.)

I cannot recommend Newbrook Kitchen more highly! I loved the format of having a set menu and each course was better than the next. We left very full and having experienced truly amazing dishes. It was great to be able to sit at the bar and see the chef at work and all of the staff were wonderful. The space itself is beautiful and would be great for a private party as well.

Awesome new spot in Westport. Great, healthy products to go and amazing fresh food. All good-for-you, too! Very nice management as well. We'll be back for sure!

Some of the healthiest, most delicious food you will find anywhere in Connecticut. Vegan, vegetarian, paleo, meat, you name it, you can get it at Newbrook Kitchen + Artisan Market. They are helping us survive coronavirus lockdowns and anytime we just don’t want to cook. We adore Cindy and Danielle and if you’re in the area, HIGHLY recommend the outdoor farm to table dinner (socially distant!) at Wakeman Farm when they resume!

I am so glad I discovered this little gem today! The food is fresh and delicious. Everything I ordered tasted like a healthy and comfy home cooked meal. The place itself is lovely, the owner is extremely nice. Thank you for making different dishes than most places, yet not too fat, not too sweet, just simple and delicious!

A mother and daughter team making Healthy and Delicious paleo food! They have options to order and eat there or already prepared meals and baked goods to stock up your fridge and freezer.

If you're in the greater Stamford/Westport area, like good, clean food and haven't been to NewBrook Kitchen yet... go! This is a great place run by a mother daughter team. Awesome vibe, entirely paleo food menu, amazing avocado toast on a delicious paleo toast, broth bar, fun beverage options, fast wifi... I spent a Saturday morning here: chilled, drank coffee, ate delicious food, got work done, and bought some nut butters from their little market before leaving (they sell all sorts of cool items that can be hard to find outside of organic markets and online stores). They seem to have periodic events that seem super cool. They're closed Sundays or else I'd probably have been back sooner, but I'm sure I'll be seeing them soon :)

Was pleasantly surprised by this place, loved the layout and decor inside, was different in a good way. Service was awesome, I guess it's just the mother and daughter that run this place and both were very nice and attentive. And the food? Banging! Blown away by how fresh and delicious everything was. Been looking for a place like this that offers this type of clean eating, the paleo theme was on point. The nitro cold brew coffee, turkey burger and the cauliflower pizza were fantastic to name a few. Will definitely be back to try something else

What a wonderful place! I am so happy there is a cafe nearby that offers paleo meals. Everything is delicious and it's the only place I am comfortable bringing my family to. We had a recent family gathering at Newbrook and it was lovely. Cindy and Danielle make everything easy to plan and we could just enjoy the food and each other's company. Check them out for a quick bite or a planned lunch!

Wonderful food and overall experience! There are so many great things to comment on! First, the food was delicious and extremely clean/fresh. We ordered the newbrook toast and made our own pizza. Everything was yummy, requests were pleasantly accommodated, and of course my food allergies were taken care of (meaning, there was no issue whatsoever since this place is 100% gluten free). The coffee was also a pleasure to drink. Second, the service was just as fantastic. This place is family owned/run by a mother and daughter. The service was pleasant, welcoming, and quite quick for the level of deliciousness that the food contained. Third, the atmosphere and decor add more to the experience. The environment has a modern/rustic feel much of which is mirrored in the food! On top of it, in the front, there's a section with lots of little goodies (desserts, cooking ingredients, etc.) to bring some of this experience home! I also enjoyed the various French decor sprinkled throughout the restaurant. This place is a gem and was a pleasure to experience. These women are marvelous and I highly recommended supporting them, their business, and getting some of their delicious food!
