I went to this Panera Bread to get a bite to eat and get some work done while I was there. When I go to Panera, I usually order on their kiosks. A couple of this Panera's kiosks were down, but I found one to order on. I prefer using these because it's much easier to customize your order. I got a caesar salad and a mango smoothie. The food came out very quick and the staff was very nice. Fresh and tasty, as always! The WiFi worked well for doing work on my computer. Nice environment with friendly staff and clientele. Altogether, this is a nice Panera Bread with quick service, good food and a nice environment.

I just love having my breakfast or brunch at this place. My favorite it’s always the broccoli and cheese soup in a bread . Good to remember my meetings with friends !

Needed a quick and reliable place to stop while on the road for work. Decently close to the ramps on I-95 in a strip mall, this Panera did it's job of being just that, quick and consistent.

From door to kitchen area they all all very helpful, patient and polite, this is always like this. Cashier was wearing a mask, she was very polite and helpful right before she touched our food, she put fresh gloves which is a very good sign for us. Their breads are so good only complain could be they should make better bagels they are good but not good enough for a New Yorker :) For bagels, we tired to go to next door but the guy there he was so gross we couldn't eat here, we came panera for a good very clean food. Who ever is keeping this employees happy they are doing good job good management i think.

Worst customer service I ever had in any Panera store. They hire kids to work there who don’t even know how to speak with customers. Also they took almost 30 min to prepare one meal. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Literally probably the worst place to go to. I'm not one to leave bad reviews as sometimes a place is having an off day or something is wrong however I've ordered from here multiple times and not once has it ever been correct. This last time has got to be the worst, they missed half of our order which again fine it happens but when I called to either ask for our food or something the girl on the phone goes oh we can't deliver your order because we have a third party deliver which again fine. But then I go ok so what can you do for me as I just got charged $30 for no reason to which she states I'm not sure I can really do anything for you. So now I'm out $30 and we have no food. I would've been fine had they refunded me the food that was missing.

I went into Panera at 6, I walked in and saw about 6 workers immediately in the place, I calmly waited at the counter for about 4 minutes, with workers looking at me/walking by and not paying any mind to me. I figured it would be best just to walk out because the workers obviously did not have time to take an order. On my way out I calmly said to a woman sweeping with what looked like to be the manager “the service is not the best here I was just waiting at counter”, and she sarcastically said “thanks sir I really appreciate it” than laughed in my face through the window. If anyone wants good service and people that are genuine, I would not recommend you going to this Panera.
The Panera in Westport is very clean and the staff is very friendly. Service is very quick and dependable. The food is delicious and attractively prepared. I love their autumn soup, onion soup, and their veggie sandwich. my mother is a big fan of their corn chowder, and their chicken salad sandwich. Their bread is always so fresh and delicious.

I've had the monthly coffee subscription for some time now with not many issues. However, this morning I stopped by this Panera on the way to work. They seemed incredibly understaffed for a morning shift. The woman manning the register was also assisting in the kitchen, which obviously backed things up. Additionally, when I got to my office and began drinking the coffee I ended up with a huge mouth full of grounds. Check the photo.
