Really a shame but we need to say goodbye. We had been going to the Norwalk location for years. The kids love Planet Pizza. After moving to Westport, this location has become our neighborhood go to. Started out well. Cooked well, friendly staff, etc. We spend at least a couple hundred bucks a month easy. Well, last month, they made a mistake with the order, but the regular manager fixed it quickly, and they sent a new pie out without delay. It was frustrating but they made it right. Our last order was fine just a week ago. Tonight, we placed a 100-dollar order and it was butchered. One of the pizzas, was the complete opposite of what we asked for, and missing a topping we requested for the whole pie. I even detailed the request in the special comments section and the receipt was correct, but the order was wrong. Not only that, they sent us the wrong soup. When we called, the staff member admitted it was wrong, then proceeded to not have an answer on how to fix it. He asked, "What do you want to do?" and left me on hold to check the kitchen or manager (I think this not the usual person). He came back on and told me to bring it back and they'd make another one. Keep in mind, all the rest of the order was hot, meaning I would essentially be screwed. I then instructed him the soup was also wrong, at which time he offered a credit and then said I can bring the soup and pizza back. I mentioned the last time, they sent the correction out, and he said we'd have to pay a 3 dollar delivery fee. Bro, you guys FUBAR'd the order. Why the hell am I going to pay 3 bucks when you made the mistake? I felt like I was in an Abbott and Costello skit. Then, I said, just give us a credit, and he said, "well I can only credit you 3 bucks because we don't have onions." What? If you didn't have onions why were not informed? How does that compensate us from the ass backward pie which was still wrong? How is this my problem? So, I simply just said forget it. We are good, and we are done. It's not about money it's about getting what you asked for and taking care of your customers. My mother-in-law doesn't even like olives. She was offering to take them off, saying I'll just eat it, trying to say it's okay but it's not okay to get flipped the customer service bird by a place you frequent. We will either be visiting Fairfield or Norwalk if we visit at all. There is Pizza Lyfe and Emmy Squared. I'd rather go the Detroit route than be treated like I was the one at fault when I am not. So sadly Planet Pizza Westport is going exactly as shown in the photo....the trash. You get no stars for customer service and may god have mercy on your soul.

We love their whole wheat vegan pizza .. it's very thin crispy and flavorfull. Rest of the pizzas are also not bad .. kids are good with the cheese pie .

Love their pizza, garlic knots, everything I’ve ever ordered and they have a large selection beyond pizza (salads etc). Basic pizzeria environment.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Not “fancy” place.
I ordered the pizza last week and asked if they would cook it light and I found that it was burnt and also the week before that same situation I pretty much spent close to $80 between the two orders and I give them a lot of business

Pizza looked really good. Got 2 18 inch pizzas and a Sicilian. They all looked good, But, they were over cooked. Something was wrong in the taste of the flour. The people were very nice and they worked really hard to get the pies out in a timely manner. I am an expatriate from NY moved to NC and I am constantly trying to fine a NY pizzeria in Charlotte. So I was expecting a NY style pizza and was disappointed. Sorry guys you got the look but the dough needs work and keep an eye on the timer.

Ordered pizza and salad with dressing on side. Brought wrong pizza and gave 0 dressing. Asked for wrong pizza back as we wait 40 minutes for the correct order, If it were me, I would not have asked for the wrong pizza back. Now I have acid reflux and can't even have what they delivered. Disappointing.

This is a good pizza place. It's been around for years and there is a reason why. It's good and consistent.
It's only one thing what I can figure it out I live 7 minutes away from the place and always have to wait 40 minutes for the delivery why
Ordered ahead online and requested for pizzas to be made in the shape of hearts, delivered on time and delicious. Friendly delivery drivers too.
