This was my first time here and I was surprised reading some of the other reviews. I don't know if changes have been made since, but I had a great experience. I came in through the back and my first impression was that everything was SO clean. So clean that I took notice. Floor, walls, bathroom, supply area, kitchen. Sparkling clean and organized. I only saw two employees working when I came in and they both took the time to say hello and thank me for coming. I ordered the new lobster bowl and was very impressed with both the quality and portion. There was more lobster in the bowl than in some lobster rolls I've gotten. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. I thought it was well worth the price. I definitely plan on coming back.

The food and (especially) the service here are fantastic. I typically order a "Poke Your Way" and love the selections and great variety. Each online app order is reliably prepared and always ready when promised, typically in less than 15 minutes. It is a delight to be recognized walking in the door so that any one of the wonderful employees takes a moment to hand over the bag with my name while continuing to tend kindly to the in-store customer. The rewards system is great, too. It is just a pleasure to order, eat, and so thoroughly enjoy these meals. Thank you!

Food is always delicious and staff are friendly, my one qualm is the app says that mango is no longer available when it is in store. Hope that is fixed soon!

Your typical assembly-line styled food purveyor of raw fish poke (like Chipotle) ...you know, move along the counter and "pick your protein", "pick your base" and so on. I personally don't like this business model, I feel it makes the dining experience robotic and impersonal, reminiscent of a high school or prison cafeteria line. But I can't argue, the food is good and if you like poke, it's a good choice for a quick meal. Especially good for take-away or delivery.

Super efficient and delicious! The staff the day I went in for lunch were very prompt and courteous (not to mention speedy at filling our large poke bowls). All of the ingredients tasted super fresh too.

Owner is super skimpy on literally every ingredient. The bowls can fit so much and he puts like one cube of fish, a slice of cucumber, and one sesame seed. Absolutely ridiculous. For a place that charges ~$20 per bowl, they should be giving twice the food. Any sane person wouldn’t pay more than $5 for this. Probably cheaper to buy the ingredients at stop and shop and then make it yourself.

I'm a regular. This is the best place to grab a quick bite in the county. The workers are always super friendly and efficient. I don't feel rushed when choosing mix ins.It's very picky eater friendly and there are tons of healthy choices. It keeps well in the fridge. The portions are large and it can be messy when you mix it up. It would be nice if the containers were a bit bigger.The environment is calm and quiet. There's minimal seating but usually there's no one sitting inside.I have a medium to low spice tolerance and I can handle the spicy items pretty well.I like the location since it's easy to grab a treat from the nearby stores afterwards.

I’ve been stopping in here from time to time for the last 6 months. There is always a raunchy smell when you walk in and the place can certainly use a cleaning. Today will be my last appearance. If you are the owner and reading this, be careful who you hire! Remember, they are a reflection of your establishment. Rude employees will destroy your business.

They started to skimp out on the amount of protein they give recently. This happened on multiple instances recently. They barely give any protein anymore.

So now seem to keep the front door locked for some reason. Also they don’t offer rolls anymore I found out twice the hard way. Once I ordered pickup and they told me they were out two days later they now l say they don’t offer anymore and yet they have a giant sign about the new rolls. That’s how you lose customers

Definitely worth a trip if you are craving something simple, fresh & healthy! The possibilities are endless choosing and creating a wrap, salad or bowl from the fresh proteins, vegetables and toppings. You will feel good about eating a healthy, filling meal at a good value! You won't be disappointed.
