I ordered for first time last week. Prompt. Food warm and delivery girl was so sweet. Definitely deserving of a good tip on a freezing day. So glad they serve PORTLAND CT area.

I love this service. I've used it for several restaurants multiple times. Although it's a littlw expensive, i don't mind as these are places that dont deliver. Food is usually earlier than the time it tells me. I ordered from china king, and I'm very pleased with the delivery. In the bag they added loads of the grabbable sauces, napkins and utensils. Its the small things that make the order great!

Don't waste your time, 3 times i've ordered them through grubhub and the order was never made it to the house. Tried calling them but there was no answer.

860 To Go went down on a Friday night in our area, without warning on Grubhub. There was no notice, no text, no phone call, to let us know that our order would not be put through to the restaurant we ordered from. We waited ~90 minutes before finally calling the restaurant, to be told they had not received our order. If we hadn't called, we would have never known. Beyond that, 860 To Go was unavailable when we tried to contact them (the voicemail box had not been set up yet). We'll probably be avoiding restaurants who use this service from here on out.

860 to go was rude and hung up on me after failing to deliver an order. Do not go through 860 to go. They are extremely unpleasant and will not assist in food delivery.

Don't waste your time... used their service and it was awful.. food took over an hour to come so it was very cold.. second time i tried to use them they take forever and a day to answer the phone to take your order then hangs up on you.

Ordered food in grub hub last night and after waiting an hour and a half, there was no sign of my order making progress. I called the number on the GrubHub website and was connected (after several rings) to the voicemail for 860 to Go. i left a message but never received a call back nor did I ever receive my food! GrubHub got in touch with the restaurant and was told 860 to Go would deliver it in 10 minutes. Unfortunately 30 minutes passed, I was starving and still didn't have my food. I said screw it and called to cancel my order. Luckily GrubHub remedied my situation and gave me my money back. 860 to go -you blow. Hope your guy enjoyed the salad and dessert I ordered last night.

I love this place. It is a bit expensive but it is also the only company that delivers from these restaurants, so I don't mind. They are always right on with the approximate time it'll take but usually show up earlier. I only had one time when the driver couldn't find my apartment but they called me and they eventually figured out they were in the wrong complex. Besides that i've never had a bad experience. I'm even ordering food right now!

Terrible experience last night. I was never informed my order was not able to be completed. I called customer service after almost an hour of hearing nothing but a confirmation that my order was completed, no answer. Finally called the resturaunt who informed me that they were not able to complete the order because when 860 to go called their kitchen was already closed. Still got charged for the food though....waiting for them to open to get a refund....I will never use them again, worst experience ever.
