Is the cleanest Burger Kings around the Hartford area I travel out my way to go to the hurricanes on Silas Deane highway I like to eat and clean places.
My wife picked up food tonight. Burger and fries were decent, but the chicken was WAY past its hold time. There is zero reason for there to be food sitting past its hold times.I used to work fast food, serv safe certified as well, in busier markets short staffed and were able to do better than this location. Staff is unfriendly the majority of the time I've been. Last i went, i pulled off quicker than i shouldve, so i went back in to get my soda that i forgot. Staff gave me an attitude as if walking 6 feet to get my drink, yet i was the one that still apologized. Food is like a 70/30 hit or miss. If they were following hold time and other SOPs, they would 90+. Unfortunately, it's the closest BK, but I plan to venture elsewhere if I can find a better location.

i used to love this burger king location. i ordered here through the drive in. it took 10 minutes to get my food and they messed up my order but got it resolved. also it seemed like there was a problem internally from the outside not sure what it was. when i got home my food was VERY cold. also to mention it’s only a 5 minute drive from burger king to my house so it was cold from the start. i ordered two chicken sandwiches one was fine but cold. the other one was nasty!!!!!! there’s was literal pieces of coffee grounds on the chicken sandwich. i’m disgusted.

Everytime I want fast food. I come here. It's clean, the employees are really nice. The restrooms are super clean. Shout-out to willy the maintenance guy. Really humble hardworking man.

They chargers me extra for some souce for us it my way when ya don't care for costumer
Staff is super friendly, and the building is very clean. The food is always fresh, and they don't mind changing up the order if you want to leave something off. I highly recommend this location whether for breakfast or lunch/dinner. Oh, and if you want lunch or dinner, please start serving it at six or seven in the morning.

The whopper never disappoints. Make it a large with the two chocolate chip cookies and your all set. Dine in, clean quiet and friendly service.

Went to stop to grab some food and was told they were closed 40 min before the actual closing time. Very rude. Not my fault you are short staffed. They could of been a little nicer then what they were.

Ordered food online via BK App at 10:45 PM. Got there at 10:50 PM to pick up my food. No one answered at the drive thru speaker. Then the light went off. I pulled around and had to knock on the window to get the attention of the staff. They were all in there but no one came to the window. Finally a manager came over. He said they were “closed” and could not fulfill my order. I showed him that I had ordered at 10:45 PM. The corporate website says the location is open until 11:00 PM and the app took the order 15 minutes prior to closing. If you want to close early, then change your hours too. Will not come back.

We ordered two Texas double whoppers and asked for the burgers to be with no bacon/pork. However when we got the sandwiches they had bacon in them so we told the cashier about it.They actually apologized for the mistake and were kind enough to make us new sandwiches instead of the old ones.Mistakes happen, that’s normal, and they dealt with it very professionally and were very polite about it. Highly recommend this BK.
