We asked for a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. They forgot to toast it, so she just put it in the microwave the cream cheese on!!! $3.53 for that! So disgusting… I will not be going back.

Service was horrible... I ordered my coffee in drive thru ... waited a good 10 min to get to the window and they didn't even have my coffee ready so I had to wait longer for them to make my coffee after asking me what I wanted

They forgot a bagel which happens I suppose. The one start is for making us go back in on the coldest day of the year twice, saying they put the bagel in the bag when they didn't. Terrible customer service.

Woman told me there's no cold brew or ice coffee at night when I clearly see ice coffee there & I know there's Cold brew in the back since the manager is usually good at having stuff regularly available.

Amazing as always.I got my usual avocado toast and was not disappointed! My son got a bacon, egg, cheese bagel and inhaled it. My daughter got her usual coffee, and her boyfriend got hot chocolate.Not that anyone reading this cares what we ate/drank, BUT all the order was given quicky and it was hot and what we asked for!

I'd don't know about other shifts but morning shifts here don't care what your drink order is. Hot chocolate 1 hazelnut 2 mocha 4 creams. First attempt nothing in it cause you would know if it taste like hazelnut and mocha for sweetness. I take it back. This time I can tell the hazelnut is in there just to shut me up. No mocha or cream. I pay for what I want. Can you give it to me how I want it plz.
