I can only speak to the food, as we had it delivered but... We hadn't had Chinese food in a while due to having bad luck finding a decent Chinese restaruant. Today we decided we wanted to try again, so I spent about an hour reading the reviews here on yelp (we're new to the area) and after reading about this place and all the positive reviews decided to give it a try. At first I was a little put off that they wouldn't take a debit card over the phone for delivery (only because I had to go to the atm), but i understood. We ordered the boneless spare ribs shrimp fried rice, and jumbo shrimp with scallops with an egg roll and shrimp roll. Everything was amazing, it was everything we were hoping for. We'd had such bad experience in quality in the past that finally getting good/great food made me feel like i too should share because it was yelp that helped me chose this place. Will be going back. hope it helps someone else. Their prices are good, their food is great, just passing it forward as others had for me.

Just terrible! First and last time here. I ordered lunch and handed my card to pay and said I forgot to order an egg roll. They refused to let me order as the transaction already went through. As I had no cash, I asked for the gentleman to void the transaction and then add my egg roll which he refused to do. He also refused to let me order the egg roll because they require a $7 minimum order. I already paid more than that with my initial order. So no egg roll for me. I had to wait 10 mins at a very dirty, sticky table. The walls and interior was very dirty. Then as I was leaving I slipped and fell causing an injury to both knees. The worst experience!

Phen is the guy who usually answers the phone. He is nice and helpful and always has a smile on his face. The food is always good (especially the crab Rangoon) and fast. 10/10 recommend!

If you're trying to decide on where to get Chinese food look no further. New Mr China produces the most consistent and delicious Chinese food in the Wethersfield area. Have tried every other but none comes this close. Thank you guys for your hard work!#general tsos chicken

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The food is fantastic but don't ever plan on making an order for your family of five and receive everything The past 5 times we have ordered from them they have forgotten something, missing Either egg rolls or crab rancoons or quarts of fried rice, something is always missing. We will all be eating and someone in the family will have a missing item. Ok you say so they made a mistake I'm sure they rectified it. Well yes up until tonight. The man litterally accused me of lying because I want something for free. First off we always spend more than $60 so they have a coupon to get free fried rancoons and that is usually what we choose for the free item. If they weren't giving me a coupon I would happily pay for them. But tonight he said. I packed it myself I know it is there, well then talk to your driver. Then he proceeded to say and the last order you made a complaint of no egg rolls but the owner said he packed it himself so he knows it was in there. Well all I know is I have to find a new chinese restaurant to go to. I'm not going to be insulted like that and I told him that and he said "well I guess I you do need to find a new chinese restaurant. So here is my review awesome food but be ready to get jipped and then insulted. I will never go back and will tell everyone about there customer service.

I just wanted to say for anyone craving some good lo mein, this is the place to go. Great prices and great flavor for a lo mein. It was nice and saucy and not dry at all like some places. Would highly recommend, 10/10
