If i could give this review negative stars, I would. What's the point in going through the drive through if you have to pull over and wait? I was supposed to get a strawberry biscuit with my meal. When the young lady came out with my order I got everything except the strawberry biscuit. It's sad that this food chain has the worst customer service. It's as if people are brain dead these days. I honestly see why robots are taking over food chains. I can't wait when popeyes follow suit.

- Asked for a sweet tea, got a tea without the sweet- Asked for Honey mustard dipping sauce, got nothing- Asked for a Medium Cajun Fries, got a large (cold also)- No receipt in the bag, unable to see what I was actually charged for.If it wasn't for me liking the chicken so much, I'd never come here again. I have nothing but issues every time I order from this location. Go to Manchester, its worth the drive to get better food.

i ordered through uber eats, i got free chicken wings with a $15 dollar purchase ( i got the 4pc chicken dinner meal). the wings were SO BAD. 0/10 do NOT recommend. they looked so good too it was such a disappointment. but luckily the meal that i actually paid for wasn’t bad at all. the fries were great, the chicken was good. i don’t like their biscuits but my mom LOVES them.

I ordered a 4 piece meal and they gave me 3 thighs and a leg. Granted they fixed it for me after I had to drive all the way back from my house. They can do better. There should be no reason why I was parked if it was a mobile order.

They don't care customers, they are shame of USA and curse customers and don't fix orders and managers are same...this is a shame that all customers have to live with it. Managers, territory mangers and leadership don't care.they want to run as much as they can and close.. this is not good.. lots of citizens come to popyes for quality and quantity...the people works there treat everyone as slavesWe are modern world.. my frustration managers are ignoring. Their regional Manger,, territory Manger everyone ignores..don't go if you want to be respected.Black lives and Asian lives matter!!!. This franchise is a big failure

The price you pay is not the price stated on the menu. They over charge and service is horrible. The lemonade is watered down. The biscuit's are dry. It’s a shame. I should have jumped out the line when I noticed them bring i g the food in from the back of the SUV.

Popeyes publishes the blacken chicken sandwich at $4.99 and changes a dollar more at the register, the employees are rude and often loud and not friendly or Profesional. Feel like I'm not a paying customer but a neucense. It's a a shame since the chicken is very good but the service needs alot of improvement.
