Worse take out I have ever had. Chicken was limp and cold. No crisp at all (this is fried chicken!). Mac and cheese was seasoned very oddly and was disgusting. Fried were so big and starchy, also cold and limp. I had to throw it away. It was a total waste of money. Never again.

Ordered carry out for dinner online. We ordered the waffle sandwich and rooster fries. Paid for and everything and wasn’t told until my fiancé went to pick it up that they were out of waffles and rooster fries. The restaurant should’ve called with an update that an item is out instead of waiting until the order is ready to be picked up. Disappointed in how this was handled. And not for nothing but how do you run out of one of the main food items you advertise - waffles!

Never going back here ordered online got there he said he couldnt get orders online even tho it took our money on the order. So i get there an tell him what i got a 20pc boneless golden bbq an sweet j**** So he said okay 20 mins it will be ready so i have to go to my car an wait another 20 mins. So after 20 mins i go back in and he gives me 20 plain pieces of chicken with no sauce on them so i say where is the sauce? He points to a shelf with tiny containers of sauce an none of the flavors we want so we get a bunch of flavors of sauce anyone could find in there fridge oh and it was almost $40 for all of this LOL. PLACE IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

All I can say is I'm extremely disappointed with food and service. Ordered 20 boneless wings with sauce golden barbecue and sweet j**** Once getting to the place guy acted like he didn't see my order. Then made me wait another 30 minutes for some plain gas station fried chicken. Also didn't have any of the sauces once we got there, don't waste your time here.

I took out dinner from here. R spicy chicken sandwich was my favorite. Broccoli cheddar bites was good as well. Waffle and chicken was ok. Waffle wasn't cooked to the right level though. Everything is saltier than I would like.

I ordered Loaded Twist Fries and Fried Chicken meal. Twisted Fries were tried first and were phenomenal. I was really looking forward to the chicken. I was very disappointed with the chicken. Chicken is dry and coating lacks seasoning. The biscuit was also dry and tasteless. I will not be returning.

The chicken is bomb!!! Wasn't a huge fan of the waffle or Mac and cheese. But the chicken is well seasoned and the signature sauce is pretty good!
I wanted to try a little something different from my Chic Fil A sandwich and hell yeah I was satisfied. The spot is on the Silas Deane and it's in an area that's jammed up so make sure your looking carefully The food was great! I had the spicy chicken sandwich deluxe and the chicken was nice and crispy! The twist fries is where it's at though. They are so nice and crispy and had a unique flavor. It was a great meal accompanied by my canned soda. Overall I would rate this place a solid 8.2/10. If I were to change it would be the overall atmosphere besides that though it has fair prices, great service, and amazing food.

As their first customer at their newest location, 1257 Main St.,East Hartford, I ordered chicken tenders. Best ever!! The portion was also incredibly large. Friendly staff, great food, great value, you owe it to yourself to dine here.

We ordered honey BBQ flavored wings well done and they came with no sauce on them and mushy. The fried pickles were also mushy as well as the broccoli and cheese bites. Would not recommend at all.

The chicken was delicious. I got a sandwich and my sister got the tenders and waffles. I was a little disappointed because the chicken on my sandwich was the same size as one of my sister's 3 tenders. But it actually was filling. I would go for the tenders next time though. Waffle was good but not the best Belgian Waffle I ever had. The twist potatoes were good. Regular size was plenty for 2 people. Very thick and good potato flavor. Would definitely go back.
