I never like to complain but there is heavy set lady working there when I went to pickup my sandwich that I ordered online the comment was "I just got your order you have to wait." This was said in a very nasty tone quite rude and my order had been placed 15 minutes earlier. The service was bad and the attitude terrible. I stop at another Subway a minimum of twice a week, I will not be reordering from 770 Wethersfield Ave again.

I love subway. To be honest I eat here a lot more than I should, but the new revamped subway is killing if! I love how everything is more fresh and healthy. The tuna subs are my go to. I literal die for a tuna sandwich every other week or so. If your looking to get loaded up with as much veggies, and other toppings for your sandwich (if your a sandwich lover or extraordinaire like myself I wouldn’t say subway makes the best sandwich’s but for something that’s located literally every there I’d say it’s worth it) I love the atmosphere when I walk in the music is just right and the wood from the floors is clean and smells like pine sol. (Keep in mind it doesn’t always smell this way) but hey nothing last forever. Except for the taste of that delicious sandwich as I wish for more do that sweet onion teriyaki sauce. Ohh man. 5 stars!

Hands down the worse experience I have ever encounter there or any other subway, this guy "Raul" is a very disrespectful person who shouldn't be serving people at all!!!I simply asked for a extra toasted sandwich as I always do, I don't think that's too much to ask, he burned down the sandwich on purpose because for some reason he was in a bad mood, when I say that I wasn't paying for a burned sandwich he got pissed and threw the sandwich in the garbage with a very bad attitude, when I asked what was the deal with his attitude and why he was treating me in that way he looked at me and told me to get the F.... out because he just decided not to serve me, by the way I was with my wife and kids at the time, he even went outside to my car to intimidate me in front of my kids, completely unacceptable and I will definitely pressed charges against this person.I hope the owner is reading this review and do something about this person who shouldn't be serving PAYING CUSTOMERS!

For some reason this Subway cannot keep meatballs in stock, if you want to meatball grinder don't go to this Subway. Oh! just found out a Jersey Mike's is opened down the street, near the ground round restaurant, ?

The owner Mercy talk to the team members with no respect and I assume because most of them are either in high school or on there way to college so they need to save a little money! I also seen her coaching one of the older staff on basically how to speak to the younger staff! I feel bad for those kids that feel like they need that job because trust me there’s others out there! They are making $13.50 to put up with her smh and for that I will not purchase anything!

Showed up at 8:20. There were other customers in the store but as we were walking in, the employee working stated that the customer he was serving was the last customer. I can understand restaurants not wanting customers to come in right before closing, but they didn't close until 9 so it was almost 40 minutes til closing. When this was mentioned to the guy working, he then stated some excuse about the cash register not working, which didnt make since because he was serving a customer and had no problems checking her out. It just seemed like a random excuse he came up with to not serve us because he wanted to finish work early. If you are going to stop serving people that early, you should really change your hours to 8:30 so that people know not to come. Not the first time we have had issues with this location

Went there to get a sandwich and the older lady taking the order was a bit rude with people including myself. I am very friendly but her attitude made me not want to even be there. She needs to be trained on proper customer service.

Had meatball grinder. Pleasantly surprised it was very good. As an 80 year old Italian I have eaten my share of meatballs. Was it as good as my Mother's no but very good. Would I buy one again absolutely.

They are very slow and not very smart shame on this subway. Ridiculous. I don't recommend coming here during your break from work you will be here for 20 mins. RIDICULOUS I would rate a 0 if I could.
