Worst experience I've had and have seen customers have at any Dunkin Donuts location in the area. The girls working were talking about their evening plans instead of making my food which was the only ticket on the board. Took 10 minutes to be asked "if i was waiting for something". Manager had stepped out so i had to wait to be refunded. 2 other orders were incorrect during my 15 minute waste of a "quick stop for something to eat".

I specifically asked for coffee WITHOUT sugar and I came back to work and there was sugar in the coffee. I mean how hard is it to LISTEN to someone's order and make the correct one. Staff looks unprofessional. Slapping hands with each other, sitting on a chair away from the counter and acting like it's an inconvenience to serve a customer.

Worst DD I’ve been. All three male employees where just like chatting instead of welcoming customers and with a whatever attitude customer service; obviously not doing their job because the garbage containers were max full and bathroom was discussing. Never going there again.

Never a manager to be found, the phone number is not even connected. It’s a nonstop error message. Trying to contact corporate to find the manager and order franchise owner. This is a nightmare.

This place is HUGE! I've never seen a DD this big. Not a cozy feel, but customers have a great deal of space. Server was mediocre; she did her job.Parking: This location is in a strip mall, so parking is literally outside their front door.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible thru the 2 front doors. However, immediately there is another set of doors which would be very tricky to negotiate in a wheelchair.
As usual, they put Bavarian cream donuts in the rack that says Vanilla Cream. This happens at other locations as well. It is beyond infuriating when you hear the donut open, to find the wrong filling. Why can't they get this right? I shouldn't have to tear my donuts open before I leave the store.

Was in around noon, and my goodness! The workers do not get paid nearly enough for the amount of work they out in. Even when the orders are piling up, and customers are becoming rude due to impatience, they bust through and care about every drink they put out. Be patient if you have to wait for a drink, staffing is limited but the kindness and dedication is abundant
I was there this morning Friday August 5 2022 i order ice coffee didn't come out the way i order it my bacon egg cheese on a bagel it was terrible im never getting anything here anymore

I was in this Dunkin' donuts last Saturday. It was a very troubling experience. The African American lady that served me my order got the order wrong I'm not heating up my coffee roll. She was not professional about correcting the order. She was more disrespectful than helpful. Three thumbs down.

This location has become awful. Place an order, and you're lucky to get your food in time or even correct. The past several times we've come here, they forget part of our order. Today, we've been waiting for, literally, over 20 minutes for a simple BEC. They haven't even started making it because their "system isn't working." Another customer, who ordered a certain item and PAID for it, was waiting longer than us. She goes up to ask about it and it was gone. They sold it to someone else. Unbelievably bad service here. Stay away.
