Pizza crusts are phenomenal. Slightly blackened, soft, yet cooked through. Toppings are inventive and great tasting. But they're only getting 4 stars.Why? The service is slow, and poorly managed. We waited too long for our pies to arrive. Initially we were given the wrong pie and then waited another 10 minutes for the correct pies to arrive. We also noticed another table of two patrons had only one pie arrive and then they had to another 10 minutes for their second pie. Our waiter seemed to want to talk cocktails and work the bar rather than return to our table. We had to ask another waiter for the check... and then take our payment.Bad night? I'm not so sure. On a prior visit for take-out, my phoned-in order still wasn't ready after the 45 minutes that was suggested.... And it took another 15 minutes for my pies to be cooked. They seem to have a real issue with scheduling and timing - which is difficult to understand - they have a pizza oven and they're making pizza, they're not stabilizing the Leaning Tower of Pisa.I'm torn. Pies are great, but the waiting, er, grates.

LOOK NO FURTHER!! The staff is great and the bartender is super friendly. Oh and they make the worlds best Shirley Temple!! And don't forget to get their homemade dill & vinagar chips at theWe ordered our family's favorite; margarita, rapini, and stracciatella.

Parlor Pizza has some of the best pizza in conneticut. The food comes kind of quick on most days, however on a friday it can take up to an hour. The ambiance is good they have indoor chairs and tables. The pizza tastes amazing and it is all pretty good proportion sizes. Overall I would give parlor a 4 star.

Living in a small town in Connecticut there are lots of restaurants around, but very few within my town; which makes it difficult to consistently get quality food. But when parlor moved into the downtown strip area, excitement was beyond speakable. The restaurant has some of the best pizza I've ever had no doubt, while also containing a variety of fresh salads and homemade dessert which has got to be the best sweet bread with chocolate in the world. The owner lives in town, a very friendly family with a great staff of people from around the area. I come here all the time, wouldn't recommend ordering on fridays however gets extremely busy almost always I order take out and it's almost an hour wait, otherwise if you need somewhere to go in downtown Wilton parlor is the place to go.

Absolutely delicious neapolitan style pizza, bread-y and soft flavorful crust with rich toppings. They have some great combos and the potato pie especially took me by surprise with how delicious it was. Decent selection of wines as well.The place ended up being packed on a Wednesday, friendly staff but spread very thin, the pay machine defaulted to 25% tip which felt a little crazy to me... Just increase prices and/or pay staff better!

They have some of the best pepperoni pizza I've ever tasted - the pepperoni is crispy and flavorful, and the cheese is perfectly melted and gooey. Something changed. Don't know what it is, but we've had many pizzas here in the past year - but the last 2 pizzas were just meh. The crust is still the same - delicious. But the cheese is now very chewy and tastes like any other typical pizza. This used to be one of the best pizzas but with whatever change they've made, it's nothing more than ordinary.

Parlor pizza is our favorite pizza spot in the area. They offer a simple menu, but everything is done well. For those that like Neapolitan style pizza, it's a must try. The Caesar and green goddess salads are both amazing! Our favorite pizza is a classic Margherita, but you can't go wrong.
