Wendy's just does not care anymore . The workers do not care if your order is correct and hot . I will only order a biggie bag now, so if it is wrong, I don't care as much . The managers there are worse than the employees . A restaurant is only as good as there manger .

So it's pretty obvious that at night the minute they can they shut down the soda machine, the frosty machine and make one last batch of fries and then call it a night. Then charge you even if you say you don't want a drink since the options were lemonade and water?. Also didn't get a receipt so I'll have to check what they actually charged me because what she said was wrong. Listen I get it, you wanna get stuff out of the way before actual closing ok but man I just wanted a meal after I got off work so don't take extra money from me. Wendy's doesn't need any of my money for free. Maybe don't go to this Wendy's late at night. At least the sandwich was hot even though they made it wrong.

Nighttime staff is a bunch of cowards.I showed up at 10:30 (four hours before close) and the store was somewhat busy.I ordered a triple burger with extra sauce. Nothing else and was given a regular chees burger. I drove back from home and showed them my receipt (13$ for that single triple burger with extra sauce) and somehow the chef didn’t believe it even though I had the burger she made and receipt both fully in tact. Finally, her coworker who I had told about the mistake convinced her that I was in fact not lying to her. Outrageous. I work service you just can’t make the assumption that a customer is playing games with you. Expecially with a valid receipt AND THE BURGER!!!! These guys make me a great burger but the night staff was unable to fix their mistake that I was plenty patient with. To be given the wrong item twice and to order only one thing means back of the house is seriously in need of more help.

So I’ll be real here came to this Wendy’s two nights in a row, night one I was given a lovely Wendy’s experience with a beautiful man who looked relatively high but he did a great job taking my order and giving great customer service. I asked if I could have my frosty mixed chocolate and vanilla and he happily agreed with hell yeh brotha. The 2nd night I arrived I was met with a moody Latina female who clearly has no understanding of the food industry and supplying great customer service. She did not understand that the frosty machine was already full and I could be supplied with a frosty and denied my asking for a mixed frosty even though I told her I received one the previous night. She did not take off the charge of either me or my friends drinks when we replaced our drinks for our frostys, my friend even received the wrong size. This women clearly has not graduated high school. I understand that we should be hiring people without degrees for minimum wage fast food service jobs. However I find it despicable that a lady of this limited common sense and mental ability can even be hired anywhere. I reccomend this women is fired and the first guy I met is given a heavy promotion because he is the reason I returned the next night only to be up charged by this incompetent women.

Had an arrival at BDL over an hour late. There's not one restaurant open in the airport at 11:30 or any place to get a bite to eat. Still had 1 hour 30 minutes drive home. This Wendy's was still open so stopped to get food. The fries were totally cold and the chicken patty in the classic chicken sandwich was cold, hard and stiff like a hockey puck, to a total cost of $13+. Half of which had to be thrown away. Not a good Wendy's to visit.
