I had a great experience at Buffalo wild wings in Windsor Connecticut. Super Bowl Sunday my son picked up wings went to work and found out that they were the wrong ones. I called Buffalo wild wings at night. Spoke to a manager by the name of Dion and he was very helpful and very polite. The next day I called and spoke to Ashlee to let her know I was coming to pick up the wings and she and Dion both made everything so easy and made the order right. I certainly know that things happen and mistakes are made but when you get great customer service like we did, it makes A world of difference. Thank you so much and we will be back.

Don't order via a delivery service. They cancel when they're "too busy" to accept your order. Mine was cancelled after it was supposed to be delivered, even though I scheduled and placed the order hours ahead of time. They didn't bother to call or anything, just got an alert from the app. Super frustrating when you have hungry kids and no heads up that you need to entirely change dinner plans until it's too late
