I used to work here when I was in high school and came back to visit after 22 years and brought my family for the pizza, the pizza was cooked well, tasty and delicious like I remembered it.
I have been going to Jim's since I was a kid.. Rosemary is the best waitress! Great personality! She is so respectful to my elderly mom. Great asset to Jim's!

I ordered a large pizza from them and paid $25 for it... Ended up being a mere 16" pizza. Horrible quantity for the price. Called to complain and after being 'on hold' (heard all conversations ), then they hung up! Will NEVER order from there again.

Just had the Jim's small special pizza. Being honest,it was the worst pizza I've ever had.. just moved here to Windsor, first time eating there, don't think I'll go back!!

The outstanding hospitality convinced me to award more than one star. Despite ordering a large half Italian and half cheese pizza with red sauce, the crust was unfortunately undercooked. The server, displaying great kindness, promptly involved the owner, both of whom apologized and offered a replacement. However, witnessing an argument in the kitchen about the crust being undercooked due to heavy toppings was a bit disheartening. Ultimately, the second pizza had the same issue, including the half with just cheese.

Nice place. Waitress was good. Food used to be amazing years ago. Food has gone so severely down hill now. Pizza well overdone, and calzones were undercooked. Would definitely NEVER come here again. Huge

First off, the pizza was pretty good. Second, the workers on break who have their phones on SUPER HIGH volume when watching tiktok or music videos ruined the atmosphere. But third, the worker who spooned Parmesan cheese into his mouth as he walked by to go on break about set me off. His co-worker saw it and said nothing but laughed and had conversation. There is a first and last for everything, and unfortunately, our first visit will be our last.
We wanted to try their buffalo wings and they certainly did not disappoint! The wings were a good size and cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender inside! Great atmosphere and our server, Rose, was very attentive! We'll definitely be back!

Jims is our favorite local pizza for dining in and take out. The staff is always friendly and patient even when they are super busy and the dining room is a really big place we have never waited for a table, it is clean and comfortable. I recommend the vegetable soup and Greek Salad with chicken.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and the cashier told me that it looked over done and it was no problem to make me a new pizza. They did and this one was a lot better looking and it tasted so good. She was so nice and didn't think it was a burden at all to do it she wanted me to be happy. It's so nice to be treated like I matter as a customer to them.

Last Saturday I picked up takeout, gyro and lasagne meatball dinner. Got there the time they told me, but had to wait for the gyro for about 15 minutes, was told 6 minutes. Brought home the gyro was burnt to a crisp brought back, the employee told me their vendor switched the product. Seriously you are blaming your vendor for the beyond recognizable burnt meat? She wanted to give me restaurant credit, no way. The lasagne was a 2 by 2 square. Sorry won't go back.
