It’s just not good at all. The ppl are nice that’s it. Don’t go to the Windsor location. I can’t even describe how nasty it was. I tried this location a few times with high hopes because the one in Hartford Parkville market is good. Windsor locations is nothing like Hartford location. Do not waste your money at Windsor it seems whoever owns this places does not care about the taste or quality of the food it was horrible every time I’ve gone there. Food is always old, cold, dry, oily, overcooked, you name it…. You walk in there it looks as if they are about to shut down the business and there’s no customers, it’s dark, employees just sitting at the tables bc they have no business they do not make fresh food they leave the same old food all day if it doesn’t get served it’s unbelievable. It’s right up the street from my home but I will only go to the Hartford Parkville location 15 mins away from now on. It beats me how this location is even open still. Who owns this place? Food is terrible.

It’s not Mofongo anymore. It’s someone stealing their name. Google won’t mark it as permanently closed but it is permanently closed. Go to Mofongos website to find a real location.

There's a reason why they're not "mofongos" anymore. I don't suggest going to find out why.

Awful. They dont have a name or their own menu. They are still using the previous restaurant’s (mofonGO) menu with no improvement. It’s almost as if they are squatters pretending and using up the abandoned ingredients until they run out. Just paid 17$ dollars for ‘chicharrón de cerdo’ Bland. How do you make pork, bland?? Just a cut up pork chop, barely fried. Ive tried to eat here. Done trying.

They don't appear to be associated with the mofongo franchise as they are no longer listed on the mofongo website and the sign has changed. I'm sure this is not for no reason. The food is inconsistent, they don't seem to care here. I had fried chicken for my sweet chilli chicken bowl last time and this time they gave me the nasty grilled chicken. I think they were just trying to get rid of it It did not look appetizing as the nice worker scooped it into the bowl. I really wish I spoke up and asked for the fried chicken instead. The chicken was chewy and nasty and honestly for all the money spent on the bowl it felt like a waste. I had to eat around the chicken. The only reason I'm not giving one star was because the guy who served me was nice. I will not be returning. I could think of a lot of better places to spend that 17 bucks I spent.

Not sure why this place serves Fufu, when that's a West African dish, not puertorican. Completely racist, considering the fact that puertoricans are from spain so they're white people because spain is in Europe.Other thing is this place is so expensive for the price, and the food quality is horrible, take your business elswhere people. It also made me mofongo the bathroom. I'll have to come back there and mofongo all over the employees and the restaurant.

I was picking up food for a friend who just got out of the hospital. I had to wait for the one person there to finish socializing with his friend, and then wasn't given what I had asked for.Felt like they were trying to get rid of inventory.Won't going back to the Windsor location.

My son came from Texas and he got some food from this restaurant and stated the service was ok. I tasted the food and the beans were awful very watery and lacking flavor, the fried pork meat was not crunchy and the chicharon de pollo was burnt and flavorless. The only worth eating was the potato balls delicious.

They never have anything food wise and their phone doesn’t work always looks closed inside. I prefer any other mofongo location! One woman is always rude and I hate terrible customer service.

I saw ads online of this place and was so excited to try it. I was so disappointed. walked in with my family of 4 ready to spend a lot of money. However, what a disappointment. As I tried to order food some lady told me in a rude way “we don’t have this, we don’t have that” “the mofongo will take 30 minutes” Very rude a chubby spanish older lady. So I give one star for the service and how I was treated. I’m hispanic and usually I’m always greeted with kindness by people who share the same ethnicity as me. I was so disappointed. A good thing that came out of it was the chinese store next door was delicious. I walked next door fete the lady gave me negative energy. So I guess thank you for being rude because I found a good chinese restaurant.

Love the food enough to occasionally travel from out of town for takeout… Unfortunately the number for this location is out of service & the hours are inaccurate (on google profile & website) so it’s impossible to know if they’re open! Never had a negative experience inside, just trouble getting inside…

I have gone to this place three times now during the posted hours on the door. ( see picture, was here at 5:15pm) Each time they have been closed. I am starting to think this is a sick joke. CHANGE YOUR HOURS IF YOU NEED TO !!!!! STOP WASTING PEOPLE’S
