This is my absolute favorite place to get pho. Fast service, delicioue food, and the best milk tea I've had in the country. Everytime I feel even a little sick, I head over hear and a single bowl perks me right up. Beats chicken soup anyday of the week.

We were in Windsor, CT to meet someone halfway and wanted lunch. I was not expecting to have some of the most delicious Vietnamese food I have ever had, but that’s what happened! We ordered the summer rolls with grilled pork and fried tofu for appetizers. The summer rolls were so incredibly flavorful and yet light with so many different textures and flavors, they were really incredible. The fried tofu was covered in a yummy brown sauce and cooked perfectly. I ordered Pho and my husband got a banh mi. I got a size large Pho and it was so generously sized. The BROTH was FANTASTIC!!! It had deep flavor but was also light, there’s a ton of noodles and I love their hot chili oil. The Banh Mi was good but was lacking some of the punch of the other dishes. I also got a jasmine bubble tea, which was delightful and the tea was brewed perfectly with no bitterness. The service was also friendly and responsive. I’m so happy we happened upon this spot, unfortunately it’s almost 2 hours from our home but it’s worth a special stop.

I found this place a while back after having a terrible experience at a different pho spot in Windsor Locks. I absolutely love the pho broth here! Everything is reasonably priced (if that’s even a thing anymore) and the service is amazing. Hubby and I both got the P1 with bubble teas and the sweet and spicy wings. I love their take on the tea - it’s a blended smoothie over a liquid and I think I prefer it the way they make it. Can’t wait to go back!

A small cozy family restaurant worth the visit for your money. Delicious food with huge portion. My friend got the Bun Bo Hue and I got the grill pork with rice with a fried egg on the side. So much food we could barely finish. Good service and the restaurant owner is an extremely sweet guy.

Food was ok, service was good. The pho was sweeter than I like, the pork spring roll was the best thing I ordered.

It's worth grabbing for a quick bite or lunch from work easily, but I've had better Pho places closer to my house.4.5 if I could. The sandwiches aren't bad considering the price, but the soups are a bit, over the top on cilantro or some herb? I'd past on the soups, but sandwiches are definitely where it's at for a work lunch.I HIGHLY recommend you call your order ahead, it can be a rather long wait. For where the place is, they make do with what they have nicely. Some people would say it's sketchy, but Blimpies right next to them looks depressing compared to this make shift family restaurant.

This is the epitome of hole-in-the-wall dining. Located in an unassuming commercial plaza, you would never know this place was here until you stumbled across it.It has that well worn feel to it that says you're in for an authentic experiance, good or bad. In this case, it was great. The food was prepared fresh and hot, and my biggest disappointment was that I went alone, so could only sample what I ordered, and not off the plates of others (who would have ordered something else). As much as I want to patronize Connecticut's last remaining Blimpies just a couple of store fronts down, I don't think I can knowing that such an amazing place as Pho Van exists so close. I suppose if I were in a rush... but still, it would be a hard decision. The waitstaff was exceptionaly friendly and eager to help me decide what I wanted to eat that day. There were too many good looking things on the menu.I'm definitely stopping by there again as soon as I can to give the other dishes a try.You should too.Vegetarian options: There were a few dishes I noticed made without meat.Parking: Big commercial plaza = way too many extra parking spots.Kid-friendliness: This place isn't the best place to bring your no-necked little monsters. They likely wouldn't appreciate the flavors.Wheelchair accessibility: Getting in is no problem, though I didn't see how accessible the bathroom was.

Food is great, I would say one of the best phos Ive had so far. But the service has been quite a bit of a downhill. The young man gave us an attitude quite a few several times, and whenever the restaurant gets busy, he shows his frustration on his face. Do not absolutely think professional. I get that work gets tired sometimes, but it is not acceptable for customers to feel your frustration. Terrible service.
