I tell my husband this is the worst starbucks to go to, but he insisted today to give it another shot. Today he got two matcha lattes grande, 2 toffee nut syrup and 2 Splenda. It just tasted like water. My cup was all ice, no flavor. The cold foam Evaporated so fast. I guess they didn't make enough for 2 and just filled up my cup with more ice to make it look like a whole drink. No flavor. This isn't the first time, I've given this starbucks chance after chance because I understand, there's rushes, stuff runs out, etc but for it to let me down time after time. There's clearly something wrong with it and especially after I see all the other negative reviews I know I'm not wrong. They need a whole new staff and trainer so they can be up to par like the other stabucks chains.

Waited 30 minutes for a coffee between 1:30-2:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday 12/6/23 with one person behind the counter; I guess that's why Dunkin Donuts is around the corner. Not a good experience for me whatsoever. Will not return.

I don't go this location often, but every time that I have, without fail, they are out of something very basic or are not open during posted business hours. Today they were out of BOTH espresso and cold brew. Like, is this even a real Starbucks? Very poorly managed is an understatement. Save yourself the time and frustration and don't go there!

Middle of the day on a weekday and they were closed. Starbucks needs to open a new standalone in the area and close this store. They overwork the workers here, only 1 or 2 persons are working at a time with a long line of customers, it unfortunate.
