They put fraudulent charges on my credit card when I live in another state and nowhere near their location. Then won’t answer the phone ever, any time I call them. Likely an employee involved in the attempted theft.

Placed an order an hour before closing. My order was cancelled without explanation 10 mins later (while I was driving to pick up the order)When I arrived at the Subway location, it was open with lights on, but nobody working inside.

Took my nephew out for lunch last week. We were greeted by the absolute kindest person that I’ve ever dealt with in service! Jarrod was so attentive, polite and provided exceptional customer service! Jarrod truly deserves recognition for the service he provided, and the food was fresh and delicious!

I just got one thing to say about this subway FALSE ADVERTISING the sandwiches you see on TV are big and hearty looking but when you actually go there it the worst meal that you can get. Definitely not worth the money hardly any meat on sandwiches and the vegetables are old and mushy, gross and poor quality food. Should not be in business

The employees were great, professional and very friendly. The sandwiches were great!!
The service was a little slow but the sandwichs were good. The only thing is I feel like I'm going to have to take out a second mortgage just to be able to dine at any subway.

White dude with brown hair is extremely racist. Put me and my family in the most awkward situation by not greeting us and staring us down as we walked out the store. He didn’t even make our food properly…… Please if you are the district manager and reading this. Fire this guy or fix his attitude if you’d like a new regular customer. Or else I’ll be going to the Bloomfield ave location in windsor since the broad street location has shut down. Please think if you want business from me and my family again. And review the survey I left for you guys online. That’s not how you make a sub below in the picture. Sloppiest job ever.

Come here about once every two weeks and never had an issue. Food is good, employees are polite, and cookies are always readily available, unlike most Subways. They offer plenty of options for sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drinks (bottle or fountain). Their steak and cheese on flat bread is my go to choice and I find it delicious. When I go around lunch time there’s never a wait and plenty of parking spots available, including directly in front of the store.

The blonde woman with pretty eyelashes working here is so so nice! I ordered my lunch to the wrong location and she voided my order and made me a whole new sandwich. She was beyond kind and willing to help me. I appreciated it so much! She made my day! It saved me time and I was able to get back to work. I will be a customer to this location forever now. Thank you so much!

Fast and efficient service. Sandwiches were awesome! Great place which I highly recommend. Easy to get in and out in a timely manner. Staff was pleasant and prices were very reasonable.
