Just ordered a latte that tasted like milk with a drop of espresso,☕️ instead of a shot. Whoever was making the lattes today (friday) sucks. I wouldn’t be so bothered if I wasn’t paying almost $5 for an extremely low quality latte.

This location always has the rudest employees. They also steal from the customers, if you pay cash don’t expect your change back. My order came out to $5.79 and I gave $6 but the girl at the window didn’t give me the charge back. Not crying over 21 cents but it’s not the first time they having given change back and it the principal behind it.

So the last time I went this dunkin’ was about 2 months ago, and the fact i still think about this specific location should say enough. I went to this dunkin’ regularly before work to get food and a drink, and sometimes a donut. On a special day, I decided to get a donut, and it was the best thing I’ve ever had. I get the chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles , call me a child I don’t care. Anyways, no other dunkin’ has topped the way that donut made me feel. The fact it was filled with chocolate sprinkles on the top completely and had the frosting dripping down its donut-hole ussy ,was immaculate. I never enjoyed any other donut as much as that time ever since, and its sad. Ily tho , I’ll be back soon.

Bagel had almost no cream cheese on it. When we pulled up to the window no hello, just the total. When handed the bag no thank you just a dry pass off. Went to a different Dunkin (wtby behind the hospital) to get another bagel cause now I just had to have it. I was greeted and heard a thank you and you're welcome and the workers were hustling. Won't go back to the Wolcott location. Hopefully they do more customer service training.

Don’t come here if you need someplace early. What happened to the new girls who opened up? They were not only nice but made orders on time. On Friday the man came late and did not serve customers until after 5. I drive off. Early in the week the one that call herself manager was late and all she did was complain I’d be late to if I had to get up this early everyday.There are other places to get food around here. I can’t give this place no stars but it makes you give one.

bathrooms are very nasty and no one should have to see that unacceptable care for the bathroom toilet does not flush and this is redicilous no one does anything about it so sad and poor management for the care of this place (
