This was the single worst cocktail experience I’ve had in DC. Myself and my girlfriend asked for two vodka martinis with low vermouth. After 30 minutes of waiting, I received a martini with more vermouth than vodka. We asked our waitress to send our drinks back but they said it would take a really long time to get a new drink. We decided instead to put a second drink order in. We ordered the same thing - vodka martini low vermouth. Instead, we got gin martinis. We told our waitress about this and got the same answer - it will take a really long time to get new drinks. We instead chose to close out, and were charged full price for 4 martinis we did not want.I understand it was a busy Saturday night. I understand it was our waitresses second day. I understand the bar may have been short staffed. I do not understand why I paid over $100 for 4 drinks that were not what I ordered and not what I wanted.0 / 10. Will not be giving this establishment any more business going forward. This was a really disappointing experience.

600 T is an excellent cocktail bar, where the bartenders really know their profession. It’s a small neighborhood establishment, wood paneled, cozy in the winter and with that hidden feeling during the summer. I miss living nearby, but stop in whenever I can. They have an EXCELLENT happy hour with classic cocktails and a larger (but not too large) menu based on the classics and their own twists. Run don’t walk, but be sure to come early or get a reservation.

I hosted a private party here and they couldn’t have done a better job. The space has a great atmosphere that’s perfect for a small to medium sized party. Everyone loved the drinks and the catering that they recommended. The staff were so awesome from the planning stages to making my guests personalized drinks at their request. Definitely host something here if you’re looking for an event space, and I also recommend it for your date night or drinks with a couple friends.

Rustic little speakeasy right under El Techo in Shaw area. Loved the service and overall vibes. They had a menu going for Women's history month with cocktails created by women and the Japanese Old Fashioned was delicious!Would definitely visit again.

Incredible spot. Might be hard to locate but once you're inside it's cozy and comfortable. The drinks are creative, layered and delicious and the service was excellent.

Heads up this is a cocktail bar so they have light snacks emphasis on light. 600 T gives cozy speakeasy vibes with an impeccable cocktail menu. I also love that they have a black history month menu featuring black owned brands (of liquor). The cocktail menu have a range of spirits so there’s something for everyone including well crafted mocktails. The staff are super knowledgeable and they went above and beyond with their customer service. This is a perfect place for a date night, girls night, meet up with friends, etc. The vibes are so cozy and you’ll have a great time. They also have live jazz. If you haven’t gone. Add this to your list and they take reservations through resy.

Incredible service, incredible drinks, and incredible music! I came here for my 22nd birthday, and I found the drinks creative and reasonably priced, as well as the service friendly and personable. Torrance is the kindest man ever! Thank you for making my night so special! We cannot wait to be back for another jazz night.

Smaller bar. The entrance is hard to find but a cool space once you're inside. It's a little loud due to the proximity of all the guests however the service is quick and the drinks are tasty. There's a couple of snack options but limited. Overall, a fun spot to catch drinks after dinner. Make a reservation. We got lucky and walked in for 2 people but it seemed rather packed for anything larger than 2 guests.

Very chill vibe here. Great jazz on a Thursday night; fire burning in the fireplace in the back of the room. Friendly waitresses with great drinks. Definitely would return when I’m back in town.

My friend and I made a special plan to come to celebrate my birthday. Yes, very cool vibe, but we got stuck in horrible DC traffic which caused us to ran late. They cancelled on us. They did say we could sit at the bar, but we were asked to leave after one cocktail. Definitely left a bad impression. We drove from Maryland, and were sorely disappointed. I thought the staff would be more empathetic.

Have you ever been in an area and never knew a speakeasy was there? I've walked past 600T so many times and had no idea. It's truly a hidden gem!It is extremely cozy downstairs! I love the mood in here, the decor (check out those amazing paintings in the bathroom), and the music is always such a vibe. Oh and for the jazz lovers, every Thursday they have Jazz night which is such a blast! From the moment you walk in, until you leave, the whole staff ensures you are taken care of. The host took our jackets to hang up which I thought was really sweet. The waitresses are all very attentive and very patient. Sometimes me and the girlies get carried away talking and take forever to order, but they never rush us.The bartenders know exactly what they're doing. Every drink I've had has been so good! Sometimes I don't know what my mood is or what I want to order, and the bartender takes the time to recommend a drink and I'm just wowed! Some of my favorites:- Sotol Smash -- it's seasonal, it's delicious, and refreshing- Espresso Martini -- this is the drink I always start with! Gets the night going and I really like the anise in it- You're kinda loud -- I was a little hesitant about this one because I'm not a big scotch girl, BUT it's really balance with the passion fruit, honey, ginger. Just wow! Sooo good! So good I order multiples- Sage badleaf -- becoming one of my go tos and I usually tell my friends to get it too! They're constantly adding more to the menu which I love! There's always some new to try.Make a reservation and check them out! You will not be disappointed.

First time here. Got stuck in DC traffic and end up running 20 min late. Our reservation was given away. We were told that we could be at another table for less than an hour or sit at the bar for as long as we needed to. Sat at the bar, order first drinks and snacks. Order second round and we're told we had only 20 minutes and we had to fee up the space. we said we had just ordered so we were just going to have to cancel the order "you don't have to, you have 20 minutes". We didn't want to have to rush thru our drinks so we just left. Not a pleasant experience. Stars for the live music and decor.

This is a hidden gem. First make a reservation, at least on Thursday jazz nights. The drinks are spot on. Staff welcoming and professional.
